I'm playing catch up with messsages I read but didn't get chance to reply to but I will get up to date eventually ;)

    freespirit66 - I didn't know rats were attracted to chickens :O!
Though with our current mouse infestation I'm pretty sure we probably already have em :( They've been doing loads of building work in the abandonned barn and well "swamp" (it was supposed to be a garden :/) has chased all the wildlife in there out and into our house it seems. We were catching at least one mouse a day between the humane traps, poison traps, and cats! They are such annoying little things! They ate my bulb of garlic and sweet potato! damn them!! lol.

Thankyou all for the good luck wishes with the etsy shop, I've done hardly anything to promote it so far and 4 people have stumbled across it and someone has favourited something :D I feel special :D lol.
I've just started popping links on pinterest, and my twitter account for my blog (very few followers) Not sure I'm ready to share it with you lot just yet, your a scary bunch :P lol. Consider it a compliment, I like to know something will work out ok before I tell people about it. My friends and family know nothing of it's existence yet.... It is most definitely the scariest thing I have ever done, and I've abseiled down 141ft :P
I'm house sitting next week have a week of arty things planned to get the shop a bit more full then maybe I'll share it ;)

:j Happy Birthday Msgigglewick! :j

OMO - brilliant quote I can so relate. I feel like I spend too much time trying to explain to people that I just don't know how I feel.

My Studio Christmas book arrived yesterday dd now has an extended Christmas list .

Ive posted my holiday insurance forms but im not holding my breath.

Has any one been to the Armouries in Leeds ? If dd is well enough one day next week we might have a trip there , there's a dinosaur exhibit on near it so that will keep her happy.

Oh that is probably why its so bad then, we had rats in the garden and rabbit (aviary) run because ndn smashed up an old caravan that had been in the garden for about 20 years unused :eek: luckily we got rid of them and havent had a problem since. DD is still vomiting morning noon and night , i really dont know how she is managing to function, Her gran has suggested a spoonful of manuka honey so we are going to give that a go just a spoonful at night. Can you tell we are getting desperate.

i expect the insurance comany to reject the claim , i will do a back flip [mentaly:D] if they pay out .

On the christmas front ive managed to get a few bits and got most of them wrapped. I expect to be finished DD by the end of September.
