Having the day from hell, so logged on see what is happening in the world, can my day get any worse having seen the new forum?

Why has it reverted to old when I posted?

Apparently the "new" forum layout is only visible to guests and when you're not logged in so as soon as you logged in, it reverted back to the old one.

Not sure when it's going to change to the new format for logged in users.

Don't bother changing to new at all :)

Not a fan of the new forum format either, prefer the current one.

Just a quick post to say Happy Birthday Mrs G - hope DD is ok soon so you can celebrate. Good luck with the knitting - hope you'll post some pics when she's finished.

Belated birthday wishes to Drops of Jupiter and anyone else I've missed.

OMO the hooks look fabulous - I love the style of the lettering. Well done on the sales so far, that caravan is going to be yours before you know it.

Freespirit - huge congratulations on your debt free day. Your husband might have got away with paying his share but you've got the satisfaction of knowing that you did it and now you can move forward knowing just what a great feat you've achieved. My daughter was in a similar position to you a few years ago when a relationship broke down and she was left with debts of about £27000 - both her and her boyfriend were to blame (I think they tried to cover up the cracks in the relationship by spending money) but the loans were all in her name as he had a poor credit rating. When they broke up he was going to pay half at £300 per month - paid two months then never paid anything else. Poor DD ended up paying it off herself - it took her about 6 years but she did it and I'm so proud of her.

Mandco, I haven't seen the new forum yet as I'm always logged in but I hate it when things change when there was nothing wrong with them so not looking forward to it. Took me ages to get used to the new 'my ebay' layout when they changed it.

Hope Feisty and Mr Feisty have a great break and manage to shut out the everyday world for a while.

Getting there Quickly - sorry to hear you're having a horrible day - hope it improves this evening.

The air is really oppressive here and we had a huge storm a while ago but it hasn't cleared it.

DH and I had a lovely weekend away in Ludlow with my sister and BIL - really nice just to kick back and do nothing but chill, eat and drink lol.

In pursuit of my 5-a-day I bought a smoothie maker but in the meantime have realised that I absolutely hate veggie smoothies and don't need to make fruit ones as it's easier just to eat the fruit. Think smoothie maker is destined to be Christmas pressie instead - at least that's another one off the list :D
It's the most wonderful timeof the year :
