good morning, looking out of the window at blue skies and white/grey clouds, so will it/wont it? rain.
Busy day yesterday, ExSIL and DGS attacked the remaining trees and the neighbours willow with a chain saw! DGS was in his element, 'real stuff' so the grass is covered with branches and debris 7 foot high, both washing lines have gone, and lovely neighbour has almost completed the fence. The remaining garden looks completely different, and the new greenhouse arrives on Wednesday, and we haven't constructed the base for it yet!!!!!!!
    Nev-the-shred where are you?
I think my poor sisterinlaw was shellshocked by the amount of 'activity' while she was here, and has gone home to recuperate.
Now,I must get up and get busy, see what chaos I can add to the mix. Hope you all have a good day, xxxxx

We have a large area of brambles and assorted large weeds at the bottom of our garden which we have been trying to get rid of , i got a bit fed up called a gardener in for a quote and guess what he will only charge £20 to clear the lot !! why i didn't ring him sooner i don't know!!

It must be the time of year for poorly dogs -charlie has been unwell since Sunday he was supposed to get his 3rd anti inflammatory jab yesterday but instead got an antibiotic one instead ,hopefully he will be well enough when i take him back on Tues to have the original one.

I hope everyone is well and enjoying the nice weather.

Sorry the quote was posted so late.
I got a bit carried away decluttering again. I know, your all thinking 'surely she has nothing left' :rotfl:
But you would be amazed. Every time I think I have done it I get another spurge to get rid of more. Tonight I have got rid of 3 large grinders, ( salt, pepper and chilli). They did look nice, but I just didn't use them enough to warrant them taking up worktop space.

I also put up another set of the LED strip lights under the cupboards over the sink.

I just wish I had more cupboards in there. I would love totally clear work tops. A nice larder would do. Somewhere to keep the toaster and coffee machine when they weren't being used. :(

    Hi all
I am a newbie here but a long term ahead planner
I have my guest list worked out already with 22 people to buy for - not including my own two children and partner - but 8 of those 22 are children so Im hoping hampers for the adults will suffice and they can like it or lump it otherwise as funds are tight this year

Anyway I look forward to getting to know you all soon and sharing ideas

    Hello :hello:

    Welcome aboard :D

Quite a few people on here make hampers. If you list the kind of hampers you're doing, I'm sure we will be able to help.

morning, how is Charlie? and Mia? OMO, I wish I had your de-clutteritis (that looks as if MSE should ban it!) as my bedroom is rapidly disappearing under the clutter.
Freespirit, glad your LR is starting to 'come together', I am sure you will have it completed for Easter. go you!
I spent all day yesterday in close encounter with a shredder, and 3 garden refuse bins. Theres still a lot to get rid of. DGS had a friend for a sleepover, they are awake now, so I better get up and feed them. Hope we all have a lovely weekend.

total bargain at £30 as includes a £15 app credit def money well spent as ds hasnt stopped paying with it :D was going to be for his birthday but as he picked the winning horse on the national his win paid for it :T little juicy on batteries so gotta get some decent ones but otherwise great and keeps him off the ipad/tablet as he can be rather heavy handed

this year do something that scares you for courage is not the absence of fear just the knowledge that some things are worth the risk
