NANAMIA/RUTHHONEY omg i couldnt believe it tonight, i had to sort some books out to donate to the hospital and i found 3 Carole Matthews books on there  how awful is that, i had forgotten i even owned some of her books, one of them is Meet Me on Platform 8, which i think you have both read

You may find your symptoms can be controlled by breathing and relaxation techniques. Books and CDs on the topic are available both online and from bookstores to help you with this - also see MINDs booklet, How to Manage Stress, for some exercises. Several self-help programmes on relaxation are available online, or you could attend a relaxation class

Mrs M so glad the film didn't let you down
I've put the book onto my kindle wish list but think I need to feel a bit stronger before I tackle it, specially after hearing your eyes were leaking! Just a light read is about all I can manage at the mo xxx
Linky I hope you enjoyed your day even tho it was a change from what was planned. Weather permitting you will have a good day next weekHow is the tree going? xxx
Pixtotts oh my goodness! your photos! I'm glad you and yours are safe. The wall is fascinating and definetely not and advert for global warming/climate change. Stay safe xxx
Chrissy we had local radio on this morning and it was on snow watch. Although we've had a little sleet nothing is settling. Pretty to look at but not like you say if you've got to get out and about. Hope you get to ikea xxx
Msgigglewick friends like that you can well do without! Go you, you've really cracked on with the baby orderI did wonder if DH would leave the carp sorting to you! I don't know what are they like? I'm off to look at Boohoo see if they've anything I could put away, thank you for that. Can I ask how you are doing with your NYR and socialising? Of course feel free to ignore me if I've over stepped the mark
xxx
Mandco aww that is good news. I know I am always saying it but this thread really has got me through some bad times. We've laughed and cried together and daft as it seems but sometimes a virtual hug is all you need. I very rarely have anything constructive to say but I can certainly chatter. So please bob in say hi and let us know what's doing on at yours. It really helps to shareLove the gift box have jotted both numbers down in case anybody is going near Argos, thank you xxx
Peppa I actually did giggle out loud when I read the LOs thoughts on heaven. When my DD was 4 my grandad died and I explained as you do etc then one day in the middle of the shops she lay on the floor pretending to be dead cos she wanted to goxxx
B_e_g good luck pinning down your DSaww I remember those days
Spoke to my band of merry helpers today and the company that make the sliding doors are being contacted on Friday so you are way way ahead of me xxx
Sequeena ooh fingers crossed you've cracked it with T sleeping throughAww how cute was he signing, melts my heart the little cutie. I hope the education service do turn up tomorrow xxx
Fluffysox oh didn't realise you were near new brighton, DH and I do like it thereHasn't it changed in the last few years, it's unrecognisable. It's our nearest seaside about 40 mins away (in the car) A few years ago when DD was at uni in Liverpool we were regulars and then through the tunnel to pick her up we made a day of it. Really pleased the double christening went so well
you can breathe now
It's a small world isn't it with your nieces being BFF. You really never know do you. Recently when DGD1 started nursery DDIL put a photo of her in her school uniform on FB and one of my DDs friends has a niece at the same school. Unbelievable 12000 miles away. The number of people we've met since DS has been in Perth with connection over there is unreal. It really is a small world xxx
Feisty you know I have spies everywhere ! I will be holding you to that- and watching for it slowing down!!! Good luck for DH on Monday, I will be thinking of him xxx
Freespirit go girl! get you Christmas shopping and money neutral how very mseYour pm and the hour on the phone to my BFF has cheered me up no end. I'm off to look at boohoo and then find something to read. Night night and thanks again xxx

It's all white outside this morning. Don't mind a little bit of snow but I have a real phobia of ice . I feel really sorry for DH when we are out - I am a real embarrasment. He tells me to relax and that just winds me up :rotfl:

freespirit66 - Worcester is a very pretty city.
Especially when it's dry
And more Worcester flood updates... Water levels are still rising, they think it's going to go above 2007 levels. It was only 3cm off in one place this morning and they reckoned it's rising by 1cm a hour and still raining.
Worcester city bridge is closed, they were using a shuttle bus to get people over this morning but thats just been suspended too, my sister and her friends are trying to get us to go pick them up from college, they are worried about them closing more bridges and being stuck there bless em.
xI hope you know your capable, & brave, & significant.
even when it feels like your not....0
