Oh what a shame. Mine was fine. If you want it to fade quickly, go swimming. Dyed mine about 5-6 weeks ago & most of the colour has stripped out now. Got another 4 boxes of red left, though, so I'll do it again when I get chance.Cross Stitch Cafe Monthly Challenge Member #27

Evening everyone, free spirit.. use the cake in a trifle or warm it up and add custard.. you won't even see it.. esp. if you use chocolate custard. You need the gel food colours, they are best rather than the liquid which just goes a murky brown.. even I can't go wrong with those and I'm useless.
Yes i am going to have to stock up on gel colours i think, DS bought the colours as it was a challenge and they are a waste of money as you say they come out a murky brown, or greyPIGPEN i couldnt even eat it with custard, honestly it was that heavy never in 40 years of baking have i had to throw something straight into the bin total waste of money and time

TODAYS CHALLENGES
Low self esteem can be a result of negative life experiences, particularly when we are young and most vulnerable. These experiences may include being criticised or judged negatively, as from a parent or school bullies. As adults, abusive relationships and very stressful life events can also cause low self esteem. Low self esteem can stay low because of our own self-critical thoughts, which can be triggered by criticism or perceived criticism
