Glad you are feeling a bit better. It always makes you feel better when the sun is out.
I will crack on with some more sorting out tomorrow. Hopefully the weather will be good tomorrow as well.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160 -
Yes fingers crossed for more sunshine.
On another note, and not sure if I've mentioned it before, I have enrolled on a degree with the Open Uni. Wont be starting till October but it gives me till them to get certain aspects of my life organised, in particular DS's sleeping patterns/habits.
One other things that I may have glossed over is the fact that DS is going to be home educated, so the need for some routine will be a strong focus this spring/summer so we can start as we mean to go on. We're not sure if we plan on being structured in respects to his education (i.e following the curriculum and workbooks etc) but I'd definitely like some routine, I think kids in general, and ours in particular respond well to the stability it brings......
Right now those epic pieces of news are shared, I'm off to prep for dinnerWealth is not measured by currency0 -
Hope your feeling better this evening and well done on signing up for your degree. I've just completed my first year and thoroughly enjoyed it. I found it difficult to fit everything in with working full-time and having a family but I'm so glad I'm doing it. I can't wait to start the second year in September.12/04/2019

Hi CAFCGIRL My degreeis in business management!
Have come home from work today to a letter off Unison saying they are looking at my request for help with utility debts so that's good. Also had a ppi questionnaire to complete for HBOS. Will get that completed and sent back to them tomorrow then it's sit back and wait for a response.
Not done anything moneysaving today but I've not added to my debt total either. Have checked my bank balance and only got 63p in there so there's no additional payment to Co-op tonight12/04/2019

WOW that sounds a challenging course!
Good luck with all your forms etc
I'm still doing absolutely PANTS here! Pet insurance was taken from my bank account (bearing in mind I got no notice of what the DD date would), and there wasn't enough money so I need to phone them up and pay it by phone and then i'm going to get hit with a bank charge *SIGH*
I need to get it together, honestly don't know what is wrong with me!
Any ideas for me people? LOLWealth is not measured by currency0 -
Sorted the Pet Insurance, well done me LOL
And today (and hopefully the whole weekend), I am a woman on a mission!
Time to take control of it all, and get things moving forward.Wealth is not measured by currency0 -

Here's - The List- Chase debtors F&F settlements
- Review credit report
- Ebay items in storage - use money to create savings pot to pay off a debt
- Recycle old mobile phones - use money as above -done £100 coming
- Hold a bootfair?
- Cancel gym membership - end of may
- Use gym fee to increase DH's Payplan amount
- Sell off old craft items/equipment
- store of 200+ cotton shopper bags to be decorated/sold off
- Potentially sell off excess plants from doorstep - will be pennies but pennies make pounds
- Promote massage business better to secure more clients
- investigate a weekend/evening job for summer aheadof degree starting
- Look into any grants/bursaries that may be available (if any)
- Sell off DS's old/young toys

Well done CAFCGirl. You've given me the motivation to also make a list. There's not much money saving/making on my list but plenty of cleaning and tidying.12/04/2019
