maybe someone who has a handle the MyVegas redemption stuff could type something up to be added to the guide on page 1 so those of us who cannot seem to remember how it works can refer to it? maybe with a couple of examples...like

player 1, 3 rewards available - 7 day trip in October
1x XX hotel comp night redeemed in April and reservation made with hotel in May
1x YY show redeemed and booked in May
1x ZZ buffet pass redeemed in August for use in October

unless that's wrong, which is entirely possible. :)
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

restaurant.com just let me use a eGiftcard / credit voucher for a $25 certificate I previously exchanged to buy a Stripburger voucher for $25...I am sure when I have tried this before when I went to the site to redeem and it takes you to that alternate site (The Ideal Meal) Stripburger has never appeared as an option. So if anyone has unused credit and is interested in Stripburger it may be worth checking.

Each reward has its own T&Cs, but this is generally the case from what I've read. The discount offers are usually per stay, where the comps are per night. You can combine different comp offers (so midweek, midweek bonus and weekend as an example) to get three nights total, but can't use the same offer three times.

But to be honest, I don't use room comps since they're always for basic rooms which I don't stay in (I'm MSE at home so I can splurge on holidays) so this is just from a lot of other forum reading.

I am still confused, as in the t and c it says redemptions limited to any 3 rewards regardless of type in a 30 day period which to me suggests that you could have 3 comp nights

I looked at this one (Luxor bonus) and it also says that this reward is limited to 3 per MyVegas player...while the standard mid-week comp night specifically states it is limited to 1 per MyVegas player...

The comp bonus rooms are sometimes 3 redemptions per reward. It varies depending on the hotel. The regular comp rooms are just one per person.

    Sorry that doesn't really help.

so if the bonus rooms are 3 per reward, could one player buy 3 and book 3 consecutive nights? Acknowledged that would then be the average user's 3 rewards per 30 day period...but at 18k each, 3 nights at Luxor would seem relatively good value in terms of use of points if the dates worked (they would for us too).

it depends if the t & c's on that particular reward allow consecutive nights, some dont, it should be on the 2nd page

mind, if theres 2 of you using rewards, you could split between so you are not using consecutive

Just booked flights £565 direct from Manchester Thomas Cook on October 8th. Managed to persuade another couple to join us and they are already hotel hunting now! Woohoo!

My one and only redeem so far was on the mirage deal for rooms at $42 per night. This offer allows you to book up to three nights and is counted as one reward.
