On the flight back from Vegas to Chicago now. My girlfriend just pulled a couple Titos to a value of about $30 from her bag for Cosmo. Valid 180 days.

Happy to send them to someone going within that period free of charge.

I got my !!! kicked for the majority of the trip but had a couple of good days.

I am going within that time (march 2nd) if still available.
    will PM you

    Howdy!

Having done our fourth trip to Vegas in '13 we decided to take a break this summer and headed off on an intrepid adventure to the 'happiest place on earth'.....I can tell you now, with much certainty that Florida is indeed not the happiest place on earth, Vegas is!!!

The warning signs were there, namely stepping off the plane to be greeted by thousands, yes thousands of gallons of monsoon-like rain...where, oh where, is my sun-drenched strip?!!!!!

Anyway, I digress. As i writre this I am stuck at home with an ear-infection and what better way to cheer myself up that a quick look at holiday prices for 2015 - last year was supposed to be 'on the cheap' however, I am now minus a kidney after paying to get into then numerous parks, tolls and mediocre restaurants so there is only one thing for it. Price up a trip to Vegas, hypothetically :rotfl:

Imagine my delight when we find 2 weeks at the Vdara (we like non-gaming and smoke-free) inc. return flights from Manc (allbeit with TC) for the princely sum of £1169 each. BARGAIN I yell!!!! As quick as you could say 'monorail' I'm back on MyVegas betting max on auto-spin for the chance to win a free crepe and lo and behold, here I am....home again to my lovely forums :T

Then reality hit.........husband doesnt have a passport in date which means the ESTA will need updating so we couldn't book it last night in case he got refused entry (no reason to be, just super-cautious) and the holiday is non-refundable. My plan is to read back through the 2014 forum (something I cant face doing if I know I haven't got a Vegas trip planned), get up to speed and begin the daily price watch.....ohhhhhhhh Vegas baby!!!!! See you in July :j:j:j

that is a very kind gesture. :T
Now if we could only find that phone;)
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

new Virgin seating system does actually seem to be working...completely forgot about the 18th and realised this morning...I was able to pick seats for our flights in March without incident.
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

Dont get everyone excited :D...it is working but at a cost of £25 a seat each way for all of us in economy:p

And virgin have changed the playing field yet again. If flight booked before Nov 12th and you are flying economy you can now pick your seats free at the 60 day deadline again

Virgin seat shenanigans. I can't keep up with all the changes. Flying home with them next May, so who knows what the rules will be by then.

Hi - I've a problem with viewing seats with BA on a booking, I could view seats several weeks ago.

We are going next Tuesday via Gatwick and when checking what seats were available for booking 24 hours before, there is no valid link for booking and paying for seats early.

Has anything changed at BA recently for viewing closer to the flight time?

    Thanks for any advice.
