  • We have done really well from Social Rewards.

Drinks for hubby at voodoo while I had open bar for an hour.
Drinks at Heart Bar at PH
Jersey Boys tickets $59 value. Great
Caesars dinner buffet. Didn't enjoy much but I know it's because we're veggie.

Still got about $60 left each. I highly recommend Social Rewards. Thanks again to nvh and pebbles for encouraging us to do this!
  • Hey everyone, slightly off topic, but the skill set is here!
We've enough air miles to make the most of some economy seats in the current Virgin reward seat sale. Unfortunately can't get dates we want for Vegas at Easter, so thinking of Dubai.

We'd need to book flights now obviously in the sale, and hope that some good hotel deals come up... I remember earlier in the thread about being able to cancel flights without penalty... Is that the case?

Thinking if we can't find a good hotel deal, we can save the miles for something else?

I signed up for Social Rewards before our 2013 trip but didn't end up doing anything with it because you had to live in the USA. Have they changed that now (or is there a way around it!)
"Don't sacrifice what you want most for what you want now"

i started SR thanks to this thread in May and have 80dollars for trip next weekend. Seem to average about 20-25 dollars a month.
  • Over 10 months I got $210 so definitely worth doing.

Also saves a bit of tax too. I printed a list of places to redeem then noted happy hors and any other coupons I had. Just has Planet Hollywood breakfast with lva $10 off each total 1198 points for both of us.

Tbh we aren't likely to spend them all this trip as we only have today and tomorrow but they will just go towards our next trip. :)
  • is anyone playing house of fun on facebook for total rewards program?

Yes I received an e-mail from TR and started playing yesterday. I've got about $11,000 already but I'm not sure how it works re TR points. I already play on Caesar casino on-line but as I've never bought any coins it doesn't add to my points, so I suppose it's probably just another way to entice us away from MyVegas!!
If you figure out if it adds points without buying coins let me know please, lol!!!

I'd like to know this too. I can't work out how it benefits us without buying chips.
