  • Hi,

Those who asked about Roos-N-More, the website doesn't seem to be updated very often but their Facebook page is. I emailed and booked a private tour which I have paid a deposit for. This is what they posted on the 12th about the roads:

Here's a traffic update. NDOT says that they'll have at least one lane of north and southbound traffic open for cars, RV's and delivery vehicles on I-15 near Moapa. If you have private on-site tours scheduled for the next few days we still suggest you check news sites or with NDOT to be sure. The back route (I-15, to US 93 to NV 168) is open as well. Regardless of which route you take to the zoo give yourself plenty of time and drive carefully.
  • We booked our MyVegas buffet rewards before the changes came into play, we aren't staying at an MLife property at any point in our trip and the T&Cs on the reward confirmation don't mention a stay, will we be able to redeem them with ease or should I print out the confirmations to be sure?

If you got the reward before it the T&Cs changed, they will honour it. I would take along print outs showing the date you selected the reward, just in case.

I did this a couple of weeks ago, not long after the MGM property stay condition was introduced, and had no problems. I was not asked about the date I got the reward, so maybe they can see it all when you give them the code.

When using TR card to pay at restaurant do I need a PIN? I have account set up online with a password but don't recall what PIN was and see no way of changing it online. Just seem to be able to change password if forgotten.

I have never had to enter a PIN using TR credits...you do have to show ID. So unless something has changed I think you will be fine.

The TR site is confusing. Thinking about it I am not sure what my PIN is - only my password...so pretty confident I have never used my PIN, whatever it is is. :)
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

Lesley, I read your post but you've deleted it. Was it in Paris? We (by we, I mean my new husband and I) got the ceramic Paris balloons and the tequila was totally at the bottom - I had to stir it as the first few mouthfuls were gross ;0)

Have there been posts deleted from this thread in the past 24 hours?

There was a post from Lesley, one from Duchy and one from another member. I replied and now I can't see any of the posts.

I'm a bit reluctant to post again if posts are randomly deleted.
  • Nykied,

It was senor frogs. It was rum and was at the bottom but even when I mixed it there were bits coming up the straw. I don't like neat liquor at all so it was really off putting. I tried a yard drink last year and couldn't drink that either. Big frozen drinks just aren't for me. :)

    Hi all

We are planning our trip to LV next year. Our dates quite fixed (1st August 2015 -/+ 2 days) from London for 18 nights (We are going to LA too).

The dates mean I am stuck to the peak holiday season and will have to pay £1000 per person per flight.

Is it too early to book these yet? I don't expect the price to change much given the dates, but wanted to check.

    Thanks
