this is what annoys me about mlife...we're thinking about trying something different our last 4 nights in October so we were looking at what we might be able to get via mlife...their website is rubbish so that even if you have put your dates in when you go to an offer at a particular hotel it reverts to tomorrow instead of the date you put in earlier...this resulted in some significant disappointment when we double checked dates and found that the rate for the lovely room at Aria we were looking at happened to be double for our dates than the next few days. :(

But then looking around a bit more and slightly considering a diamond suite at MC...it looks nice...I'm very intrigued by the lazy river...and it's not terribly expensive...it is not cheap, but it is not hideous and we think it might be nice. Not as nice as some of the rooms we've had but also not as expensive.

Today I received an unlisted deals email from SmarterVegas and using one of the links there we can get the same room for $40 less and receive a $75 dining credit.

I find that irksome...that using a link anyone can get it's cheaper than the 'special rates' from their players club.

The Quad has really old and tired rooms. Do agree there are better options than the Sig for a group of lads tho.

Can't go wrong with Planet Hollywood for a young group though and rates aren't too bad.

Monte Carlo is dirt cheap for location, has pubs and bars, cheap food court and the free tram to Bellagio which puts you in a great spot to get around.

Stayed with my 20something mates last November and staying in September again. Can't complain at £65pppn

Hey all! Just under 4 weeks until we travel to USA, finishing with 4 nights in Vegas!! Staying at the MGM Signature, anyone else stayed there before? Trip advisor looks positive.

Four 21 year old guys hitting Vegas for the first time..you can imagine the excitement!
You'll have a great time there. We have stayed there 3 times and have seen lots of groups of young ones, they can't all be wrong!
Vegas is what you make it, besides MGM has a couple of the best clubs in Vegas, so you haven't far to stumble home. 10 minutes from the nearest tower to Hakasan, you don't have to go out in the oppressive heat, what more could you want. You could stay in any hotel on the strip and it might take you longer to get back to your hotel from a decent club.
You will love the rooms, twice the size of anything else you get on the strip unless you book an expensive suite.
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

That seems high for MC even after tax and resort fee...is it a special room type? Or are you only staying a few nights including a weekend?

Agree 100%. We have also had some luck getting upgraded to a 'P' room just for asking (we tipped $20 after).

I prefer PH as a property overall, but as a hotel to stay at it would be Paris.

Although if we could get a resort room at PH for the same price that might sway us back to PH...the resort room was lovely. The Hollywood Hip room was terrible.

I liked PH more than Paris, that's comparing a resort fountain view room at PH to a "P" room at Paris. I thought Paris room was outdated and bathroom small whereas PH is modern and has a huge bath. I have stayed in a hip room too which wasn't too bad but resort is definitely much nicer.

The casino atmosphere is much younger at PH and it has been a few years since we stayed there and on our last visit just to the casino it seemed a lot younger/drunker crowd (or is it that we are old?!). Also has Earl of Sandwich...fab sarnies!

I did 5 nights over the weekend (week after memorial wkend) and that cost £215 total inc R Fee..

If I had the cash, and were going with mates, and didn't want to share a room, and wanted something super nice, I would stay in the Elara....
4 bedroom apartment, big !!! projector telly on the wall, bar in room, now that would be good!!!!! :D:D
