Billy - did you have the discount too? I wondered if it was everyone that got it or if it was a bonus for previous purchases. I find I tend to get offers now and again when I've been buying groupons...which is good because it means I buy one about every month up to my trip!
Not going till September so might end up with something else. Was thinking about Carlos & Charlie's open bar deal, but the place doesn't get great reviews. $25 each though it's not bad...but I don't know that I want to stay in one bar for long in Vegas anyway. Maybe with a further discount it will tempt me...
So far got:-
Vegas Live Comedy
Laugh Factory
Vegas! The Show
Gaetano's
Carnival World Buffet
Not seeing much on Living Social these days although I'm sure I've bought from them before. I'm sure we got Wine Walk through them last year - it was really good.0 -
Just went on LivingSocial. Looks like they are competing with groupon!
They have 20% off this weekend, promo code is JUNE20.
Senor Frogs open bar $25, would be $20 each with discount. Any thoughts?
or
V The Ultimate Variety Show $56 for 2 using the discount.0 -

I have never been there so dont know if its worth it or not
Its mexican and at Mandalay Bay0 -
Thanks photome, never seen that posted.
I don't really like mexican food - and we are also vegetarian...so not really our thing, but I'm sure that's of use to someone.
I do like Mexican drinks though! Same with Brazillian - love Caipirinhas but don't care for their food.
I might buy the Senor Frogs deal. :beer:0 -
We enjoyed Border Grill. They do a weekend brunch with bottomless mimosas. I can't remember it being particularly veggie friendly though, Lesley.
Edit. They have Meatless Mondays. That might work for you.0 -

Many times when I see deals on Groupon or Living Social for shows or buffets they're those that have vouchers in the LVA member reward book...I know it's $37 for the membership but it wouldn't be hard to get that back in freeplay vouchers, etc.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0

Hi Lesley,
Yes, got the groupon email and deleted it because we had already pillaged groupon for everything we fancied. Managed to retrieve it though!
We've gone for the Spice Market Buffet, Carnival World Buffet, Raiding the Rock Vault and Hitzville. Looking forward to them all. Add in the 6 rewards from Myvegas, the two shiny ACGs and the mlife comps and things and we're ready!
Cheers,

What's the subject title of the groupon email? Don't think I've had a discount offer but wouldn't mind checking just in case0

Title was 'You've received a gift from Groupon'. Received on Friday morning 1020am ish.
If you were to log into your account and add something to the basket and go to checkout it will deduct it automatically if you have the discount. I logged into my husband's account and he didn't have it. He hasn't bought any deals though. I have been buying them through my own account.0
