i got my flight for £399 although it was a promo fare its usually well over £500

that price with NOR is good i just prefer to fly from heathrow as i get a coach there

i book a lot of my flights thru FLIGHT CENTRE as they have regular flash sales and amazing prices which i take advantage off hence the £399 LA flight

Ferf, I did buy once online Krusteaz Pumpkin Pie Bar for my son's then girlfriend who loved anything pumpkin flavour, and they both said it was the best cake they had ever eaten!!!
-57days now, booked my seats with VA upstairs in the pod, just now keep checking to see has anyone booked the seat next to us!!I think I'm going to give Virgin a call and see how reasonable seat plus is and whether it's available on our flight. On Sunday going to book return seats but am hoping for 2 at the back downstairs so I don't have this problem then!!!

I did the skyjump, was cool and so on, best feeling was standing on the ledge for 5 mins taking in the sights (was at 9pm).... that was worth the $100

Or, if she likes cars, maybe do the 'Muscle challenge' at LV race track ?

    $199 (so about £145 ?)

Stoneman how did you get on with the challenge.

I have just looked to book today (still concerned about the heat) and the price has been reduced by $100 so now only $99

Wish I was 50 haha. :) Still, only a decade away.

Regarding their buffet though, yes that's a good deal. We always go at some stage in our trip, wither with an ACG coupon or LVA coupon. Car essential I would think (unless they have a shuttle?), but it's a nicely priced buffet which is even better with a 2/1. :)

Another question about my 2015 trip - would you advise my GF and I to try a few different hotels? E.g. 2 nights at Hotel X, 3 nights at Hotel Y and 2 nights at Hotel Z?

The last two times I've been with a group of lads just looking for a place to sleep and shower (Excalibur) and I'd rather show the GF a nicer side to the strip. Am I more likely to get upgrades staying shorter periods such as this?

Looks I will be booking this tonight, been holding off for the report but don't want to miss the cheap price, both myself and daughter going, can't persuade my wife :-(

moving is obviously personal preference...for years we didn't like the idea at all but then tried it and now we do. We prefer to split 5/3 or 5/4...next trip we are doing 6/4 (we think). Last trip we did 5/2/2 and for us that was too many moves even with being able to check in early at the second and third hotels...we'll stick to one move going forward - we just feel a bit more settled that way.

Obviously moving up in quality is better than moving down. :)
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

I agree on watching how many moves on a trip of that length. Bear in mind that some of your move day will be dedicated to packing up, checking out, getting to new hotel, checking in (not always possible), leaving luggage, coming back to check in, unpacking. It's good to stay in different areas so I'd suggest 2 hotels for a trip of that length.

We will be in 4 hotels this trip...but only because we are staying in Phoenix, then Flagstaff, Laughlin and Vegas. We are doing all 11 nights in Vegas at Platinum. I think I'll be glad of that when we get there. I'd have liked the first couple of nights at Wynn when we arrive in Vegas, but price for the first night is rediculous!
