Looks like we might be seeing you at the vdara martmonk. We fly out Friday and are staying for 5nights.
Managed $140 in social rewards so hoping to spend all of those so all the twitter spam seems worthwhile!
We have booked Penn and Teller and are considering either Elton John or ice hockey.
Long list of restaurants to eat in, some new to us some old favourites. I am long overdue my fix of animal style in n out.

    Excited!

Think we are going to go to Rollin Smoke which is just off strip. It's in the top 20 BBQ joints in the USA. My DH spent a lot of time reading up on it to decide which one to go to.
I shall let you know on my return.

This seems pretty cheap for a last minute getaway

    http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/man-las-vegas-7-nights-bed-breakfast-2-adults-total-966-25-tescocompare-1862389

Not sure about the hotel but cheap even if you only use the flights.

Pretty good, if you want a meal and 25kg of luggage it does add on £130

price without is £998 for those that dont want to click the link.

Not sure i would want to stay at Mardi Gras though, but as said you could just use the flights assuming you can get away next week!

I agree, that's a good deal. First place we stayed in Vegas back in 2000. Not sure what it's like now, but was ok then. Walkable to the strip (if you don't mind walking a mile or so). We still had a great time, we paid £499 each for the week back then, so I guess this is a good deal since the taxes are so high nowadays!

Saw Penn & Teller - very good if a little political - lets say they love America!
Got both their autographs and photos at the meet and greet after the show.
Might be biased here but if you want a decent steak house try the R Steakhouse at the Riviera - delicious food and good waiting staff.
