A friend had just called round with a Christmas card and his six year old son. Thank you so much Bossy for the link to the Santa Tracking website - he was delighted with it.

I have all the gifts to wrap, but I lost 4 hours taking a bath this afternoon. I sat on my bed to read a text message and got distracted :o Oh well, I'll get there in the end.

Lets see whats left to do. :D

    Monday Mayhem

    • Make sure your timetable for christmas day is sorted and everyone knows their tasks. - easy, I do everything, DD stays out of the kitchen and everyone is happy :rotfl:
    • Mop the kitchen floor!
    • WRAP WRAP WRAP!
    • Laundry: towels, bedding (dark), bedding (light) - Waiting on DD having her bath so I can get it all done and dusted.
    • Write Christmas cards for family
    • COLOUR ON HAIR
    • Ice cake
    Christmas Eve - FRANTIC FRENZY

    • S&S the bathroom
Going to straighten up the livingroom, then bring the gifts down ready to start wrapping. I won't actually start though until I've done my hair & made my bed. DD is making hers now while her bath runs ;) Lots of easy to wrap gifts this year so it won't take me long;)

Mum is here, husband at work, presents ready, I got the majority of my dinner items done weeks ago, thanks to Flylady thread for keeping me motivated.

Tomorrow all I need to do is open presents, tidy up wrapping, feed pets and myself, DH and Mum and then enjoy myself :)

On drugs/antibiotics, so no big drinking for me, but then at least I will enjoy the whole day :D

Have a wonderful day tomorrow all and I will be back on the wagon next week with Flying :D

I just wrapped the last present.. I have loads for OH so I have put some away for his birthday, fathers day and I know what he is getting next Christmas.

I have a gift each for my 3 large beasts and a few items for the tiddlers to open when OH and I exchange gifts tomorrow. I have sorted all the stuff for my family, the non-resident children and the grandbeasts.. Thank frogs that is over for another year!

  • Just a quick post to say this morning was spent scrubbing, tidying and polishing, with the "help" of DD, DS1 and DS2, the house looks ace. Since then all I have done is cook dinner, wash up, watch tv and drink cider  Skids went to bed just after 9, just waiting til they're all zonked before dragging out all the gifts.

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas xx

I'll see you on the other side…

    Evening,

Bit of a house full here. Presents are all out but DS woke  anyway all was well, he's on my bed but I'll lift him soon.

Aww. Gave inlaws their little key chains I made from DH sweater. Few tears but much admired and seems to have gone down well. Thought I'd give them whilst it was quiet and kiddies weren't around.

    Anyway. Once again. Merry Christmas.

(We have delayed our lantern until tomorrow when it's not so wild...)
