Happy Birthday Lozzie!
Not done much today, went to Morries and got loads of whoopsied meat which DH and I now need to perform freezer tetris to house it. Not got a full load of washing yet but that's mainly because none of us has stripped our beds yet (dirty devils!). Will harass everyone to do that tomorrow.
Our freezer is rammed already so I will drag all of it out and try to make a menu plan as I go.
We got home from visiting MiL with all of our shopping and some pillock has parked so close to our neighbours van that we couldn't get to our gate without walking round the back of the car. I don't think I hit their shiny white BMW with any shopping bags but the alarm went off and kept going off for ages. Then I had to put the recycling out so it's right up close to their car. Hope they don't think I'm being arsey
.
Right, if I don't move now, I'm not going to. Before I go, can anyone recommend an iron and ironing board rack (for a door)?
OK; HHC anyone? I'll be going until 20:00.Debt: 16/04/2007:TOTAL DEBT [strike]£92727.75[/strike] £49395.47:eek:   £43332.28 repaid 100.77% of £43000 target.MFiT T2: Debt [STRIKE]£52856.59[/STRIKE] £6316.14 £46540.45 repaid 101.17% of £46000 target.2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.0 -
Hello to any of the Flyladies who may remember me from a while ago! Life and work have been unbelievably busy, but I am relaxing as much as possible this holiday and have managed to catch up with MSE.
I have managed to keep up with flying, if only by leaving lists for family, and rushing around like a mad thing when I am home.
Next year will see a house move, so I think I will need some Flylady support and encouragement in 2014!
Sending you all best wishes for the season. It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -
Today I've done lots of chatting on the phone (makes a change from texting :rotfl:), going through recipe books still, and computer based stuff, including sending off for a N3ctar card at last. Only been meaning to do it for about 6 years
:rotfl: Just realised I've not had anything to eat this evening so going to go heat up some leftovers from the freezer.
I am really looking forward to getting back into my MSE ways properly in 2014. I tried and ended up only dipping my toe in during 2013, this time I plan on jumping in with both feet :rotfl: Looking forward to paying off my overdraft hopefully. Which reminds me, I need to go sort out my accountsCreeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
Been thinking about you joolz, hope you've muddled through ok X
Good for you CY, sounds like you had a fab time!
Kiddies to bed, I did a HHC putting stuff away then Mr T showed up early :T so I now have full fridge, freezer and cupboards. We are very well stocked.
I have a small pile of clothes on my bed to out away, then I'm done. I'm just going to have a look in the App Store for the kids android tablets. They came with a £10 voucher so now they've played with them I can see what they like. DS likes arcade style games and DD likes music, stories and colouring. I'll make sure they get different ones so they can swap if need be.
Will be an early night for me <yawn> all that coffee yesterday meant not too much sleepies...Bossymoo
Away with the fairies :beer:0 -
Phew, just finished cramming everything into the freezer. I have made a list too.
I have bags and bags of tomato puree to use up. Lots of tomato flavoured stews and soups then by the looks of it!
We have got a plate full of beef slices in the fridge. DH is thinking cold cuts. I'm thinking- "just eat it- and fast!"
Need to get ourselves back onto the MSE waggon properly this year too. Support will be offered to those who need it along the wayDebt: 16/04/2007:TOTAL DEBT [strike]£92727.75[/strike] £49395.47:eek:   £43332.28 repaid 100.77% of £43000 target.MFiT T2: Debt [STRIKE]£52856.59[/STRIKE] £6316.14 £46540.45 repaid 101.17% of £46000 target.2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.0 -
