I think you'll also find that those who weren't slow on the uptake did very nicely with refunds.
The £35 letter charges are a thing of the past. BUT, banks still charge what they like, have you ever told your bank how much to charge you ? No, thought not.
A lot of those who did very nicely with refunds are still paying bank charges, just a lower amount. Set by the banks, not the customers.0 -
