Hi LAM, your food goals are looking pretty similar to mine!

Well done on the ebaying, I was naughty and didn't get around to listing anything yesterday. I hate ebaying with a passion, so any excuse not to just do it, I take. Although I did feel really awful yesterday. Still I feel a bit perkier today, and am gearing up to toddle down the road to the post office to grab a card for my brother. It's blowing a hoolie (love that word btw!) down here, so that should blow out the cobwebs, and burn approximately 5 calories I'm sure...

How are the horsies? On the mend now?

Have a lovely day, well done on sorting out lunches for work. This is one area I also intend to do better on this year.

So I phoned the bank for an updated balance on my loan and I got such a nice surprise. When I worked out my spreadsheet I just took the interest figure and divided it by 36 months but of course with overpaying the interest rate adjusts too and I am actually £120 better than I thought. (insert over the moon smiley here :) )

When I originally started this journey my loan alone was £24K!! It is such an amazing feeling to see the balance on my spreadsheet say £6,330 at the moment.
Totally inspired to overpay some more now. Ebay items finishing today so hopefully some more to add later.

That's brilliant LAM, and such a nice surprise too! Well happy for you. It's so motivating too, to know you are further ahead than you thought.

Fingers crossed for the ebay stuff to sell for a good price. Glad to hear horsey feeling better.xx

    Found you :D

Great news about the loan balance.

One way I keep an eye on my balances for those without internet access, is through the noddle credit report. It's free, and as long as your creditor reports to them, you can see your balances there, though it can be a month or 2 behind. (I hate phoning people up though so it works for me :o)

That's really good news on the loan figure, a little less interest paid too. The overpayments make a difference.
