Thank you everyone. Starting to get really excited now that there may actually be a chance that I will be debt free.

I have given up on my own ebay challenge - it was stressing me out that I have not had time to photograph and list stuff. There is stuff to list and sell and I will get around to doing it. Just not at the moment.

I got paid for some outstanding self employment work yesterday so made another overpayment of £80 - down to £2,900 on the loan spreadsheet.

Been given some more to do this weekend but I am going to use that to enter another competition that is coming up in July and to have my hair cut - its driving me nuts. I have trimmed it myself for the past few years and I have decided I want it all off - well most of it :D

    Hi LAM

You totally will be debt free and sooner rather than later I am sure :D

When you take £5 from swags is it cash or amazon? I started doing it last night and couldn't see other options than vouchers ?

    Thanks!
    Debt - CCV £3792
CCB £1383 (took a hit for a holiday)

    Loan 1 £1787
    Loan 2 £1683
    Total £8601 Was £39302

I have done Amazon voucher codes in the past - bought my kindle and a gift for my son but I usually do the paypal transfers. you need 999 points whereas amazon is 849 I think but at the moment I want the cash. if you click on denominations and $5 you will see the £5 paypal choice :D

It can be hard work sometimes - on the 'up your income' board' there is a topic on Swagging - it has lots of helpful tips. I aim for 70 - 100 a day but I have the search bar installed and get a few for all the searches I do through the day. To me its still money for nothing as I dont have time to sit addicted to it.

Well yesterday I had a haircut and went out for a meal with the girls. total cost for both £40 so I am happy with that. Feeling a little tired as not used to late nights. My lovely OH sat watching swag videos for me and so I managed to reach target yesterday :D

So today I have forced myself to list 5 items on ebay. I have done something slightly different in that I have upped my price and offered free P&P to see if it makes any difference. I am tidying out my cupboard and have more items I could list but have lost the will at the moment - I am sure later when I am examining my spreadsheet I will wish I had stuck it out.

Off to make some lunch now. Hope you all having a nice weekend. :)

Well its Friday again - and nearly end of June - wow where did that go ?

Busy week - I did get 6 things on ebay in the end and 4 sold. Ebay has relisted the 2 that didn't sell. I am not sure if I did that or them? lol

So tomorrow I need to pack up and go post my items. I have also to pick up £40 for a project I did for someone. Another £5 from Swags this week and after my bank reward I am planning on overpaying another £70 on Tuesday to the loan.
  • Hi, all going well in LAM's world then debt wise I see. Well done. I need to start doing swagbucks again. It just bores me to death zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Yeah MIT - I have highs and lows with Swags - its coming up to bonus day (5th) so I get encouraged again. Doing about £20 a month now but not putting much effort in. I just cant do surveys at the moment - again I have my days when I think come on pull yourself together its for money after all - then I start them and its just so tedious :)

Gosh officially into the second half of the year.

So after Junes overpayments and todays DD having gone off the loan - my balance is now £2,150 - gosh I cant believe it - I almost want to cry on one hand and shout for joy on the other.

If all goes according to my spread sheet I should be DF on 1 October!! :j

I have become even tighter with money now - I have even started bagging my coins instead of putting them in my sealed pot so that I can make another small overpayment. OH emptied his pockets on Sunday night and I got £4.73 :D

Should get another £5 off Swags this week and I think one of my relisted ebay items should reach £5 too.
