Thank you so much for my flylady Christmas parcel, it is under the tree and I feel very spoilt that you took the time to send it to me x

    Hi

It's from Nigella's website, here. Just followed the recipe but added mushed overripe bananas (4 smallish ones) to the wet mix and incorporated well. Don't over mix when adding the wet to the dry - few lumps is fine.

They turned out really light and fluffy. Rose well, so don't overfill (like I did ;))

    They're lovely!

Thanks for posting the recipe Bossy. They are in the oven. It makes alot of mixture so my cases are pretty full as well. I have so many overripe banans. Next to be baked is Banana loaf with chocolate chunks. I might make 2 as I have so many bananas. I need to find room in the freezer or they will all be eaten by this evening!

Happy to oblige, Roxy, but I'm afraid the tiramisu is all gone Mumto5 :( If you have a coop near you, I think you should find five minutes to pop out and treat yourself! Glad to hear the thieving little $od who stole your phone may be getting his comeuppance xx

Apart from dusting, I am all done :D I even managed to handwash DH's cashmere sweater which has been languishing in the bottom of the wash basket for weeks. I will chuck it in with the load that's in the WM now when I do its second spin.

I'm very pleased with what I have achieved during this 'stolen' morning, we have four kids here tonight so I doubt it will last but for now, all is shiny and I won't dread walking in the door from work which I have done most of this week.

My sister just brought round a bunch of presents and my daughter took a couple of cards home with her.

She is just taking the application in for the house which will secure it .. apparently the agents only take 1 application per house at a time so as soon as theirs is in it is closed to further applications until theirs is processed.. They take 10 days to process but closed for a week so will take nearer 3 weeks unfortunately but their fees are half price for December which is good and they get a hamper when they move in which is really nice too.

It needs a bits of decorating doing which might end up as my job :p and a good clean including carpets so I might hire a rug doctor thing for a weekend and do all mine and theirs in one go. Apparently it has a big range cooker and the washing machine staying and needs a bit of fence at the end of the back garden where it backs on to the railway lines which is no issue at all. Everything crossed the credit check comes back ok!

Dot napping, Pixie hoppeting about in her jumperoo.

I need to finish this infernal wrapping.. but there are piles of washing calling to me...

Anyone want to join me for a double HHC from 1.30 - 2.30? I've not really flown at all this week so far so need to try to get going. Flapped my wings a bit loading the WM and DW and the wings didn't fall off so should be able to make it!
