Oh gods LW I didn't realise Yule was this Saturday..and I haven't got my log in for this year. Oh darn... Will definately need to get my act together so that we can celebrate then.. Wonder why DH didn't remind me?

Oh darn it DH has now finished the call, that means he will be down here annoying me by working. Oh and I have just realised I have to take his jeans up before he goes to the panto with the little darlings from his school. After 3 years as a governor this is the first time he has been invited to the panto with them and he is over the moon...lol

Off to get the ironing board out and and wonderweb..lol

Oh and confession time - I didn't get my American exchanges finished in time, so they are going out late Bad me, I feel awful about it as this is the first year that I have really messed up..

It's OH's birthday on Twelfth Night, and this being a thespy household it's a big, big deal here. The only thing I find difficult about it is actually gathering together any presents having spoiled him over Christmas every year - do other people who have family members with birthdays in January have a solution to this?

I've just had a Christmas round robin email from a friend who is coping with eight people among her family and friends group who have cancer. Hugs to everyone who cares about someone who is dealing with it or is dealing with it themselves.

I don't know what to do about Christmas and Santa and KH and what is best for the children.. the older 3 are refusing to even go to his.. I even suggested we do the Santa thing a day early and have Christmas day on Christmas eve so they can spend Christmas day at KH's and come home for dinner about 5ish but the older 3 are refusing to go and OH won't add an opinion and I feel like I am just being pulled in 100 directions with no regard for my feelings..


I simply do not know what to do for the best.. I seem to be tying myself in knots and no one is even offering any opinion on what they want. No wonder I feel about as festive as The Grinch.


I might copy and paste that as my fb status.. see if that gets a response from any of them.

Glad to see baking on today's list as I planned to do that anyway. Can't do upstairs just now as OH is sleeping. Will clear table and window area in living room ready for the tree instead.

Piggers I say go for it and post it..

Regarding the three older pinks, if they don't want to go to KH's for Christmas Day would that be such a bad thing. Let them stay at home with you all.. Maybe it might shake KH up and he might realise the kids don't like going to him and look at why.. Or is that too much to ask of him..lol

Sounds like there's no way everyone will be happy. Why not do what you want? If no one else will make a decision you might as well decide and get your own way for a change.

Or ... You work hard all the time, so pull a sickie.. Take baby, knitting and retreat to bed. Let the family sort themselves out.

pigpen hope decisions get resolved. As they are big ones though I suppose you can sit back and let them choose.

Tiny has had her bcg didnt even cry this time. Now trying to get her to nap, she just wont do it, always such a battle. Even if she does go down its knly for 20 mins.

Washing done, will hang out and do some ironing
