I'm starting to realise perhaps how lucky I am to work for a company which treats staff as individuals and that values the experience, knowledge and possible improvements they can bring. Also working 9-5(ish) Monday to Friday is nice, which appears to becoming increasingly rare these days.
There are companies that treat staff bettter, with a decent level of performance based pay, individually tailored to their job. Banks in the square mile fall into this category, but strangely their practices don't seem to engender positive comments from the ppopulation at large.0
