  • Hi folks, just checking in. Well done to everyone who has put some savings away this month so far. Payday for me next week and I am hoping to put around £2000 into the savings.
  • Yey! Saved £630 this month. That's me declaring & Signature update :D

  • £1000 for me. I did get a bit of (rare) overtime, petrol expenses AND a free CT month, but that all wiped out paying for a weekend away in April.:D

I have had a holiday, car that didn't pass MOT and needs about £400 of work and needed to renew some insurances (I always pay those a year in advance; no sense in paying a percentage to be able to pay monthly) so zero savings for me this month :( Pretty skint now..
    Debt free as per 22/12/16 - :D
  • Doubt I'll be saving any more this month so I'm going to call £845 for Feb. my lovely mum gave me some money, so the majority of this has gone into savings. I've had another frugal month, only bought one lunch at work so far this month, and literally haven't spent anything else apart from groceries that comes out of the joint account.

Won a holiday, so off to Miami next month, pretty much everything is paid for but may need a few dollars to spend. Other than that, aiming for another frugal month!

Can't believe we're nearly in March already!

Will be doing a big update tomorrow - sorry for the delay!

Is it me who can't believe it's almost the end of February already?!

Sounds like you deserve that free holiday Melaniep101 with managing to keep spend to groceries only :T

    As for Miami... I'm jealous!!
  • slowlyfading - this month has just disappeared from me!

    I'm declaring a complete £0 for Feb !

I've had to take what I had added for Feb back out so back to my original Jan amount. Need the money for other things this month, a holiday and moving so need to buy things.. hopefully can do it on a budget so I don't need to take anything from my savings.
