Bossy you do right every year I have issues with presents we seem to have a vicious cycle going on, one year we buy far too much the next year we buy loads less so it doesn't *seem* like enough so the year after we buy loads again.... I need a happy medium.

Also doesn't help that everyone in my family has brilliant jobs and I don't work at the moment so I am very much seen as the poor relation! :rotfl:

My kids are usually most happy with the cheapest thing I buy! I don't envy you wrapping I cant do it at all OH does ours!

aw no natty hopefully Ollie cat will make a speedy recovery now and you will wonder what all the fuss was about x

Natty biggest of hugs I know exactly how you feel. You can give cats B vits to help with anaemia, ask your vet but it will depend on what is causing it. Lack of something also causes weakness in the back legs, can't remember what. Woody was very wobbly on his feet after his GA and off colour the next day too. I fully get how emotionally draining and worrying it is (just as much as children and I had 3 of each), take care of yourself sweetie.

Upstairs is all lovely and tidy and clean. Downstairs is all messy and in need of a clean.

Compbunny I'm glad they did something but it does annoy me when you get those is physiological comments. It's neurological, they should refer to a neurologist. There had even been research that it may be linked to a virus. Mine appeared after we had since flu.

Feel asleep with oh and tiny in bed at around 7pm for the big one to wake me at 10 asking about dinner, having Sat watching tv For hours
  • Mount Foldmore has been attacked and put away. House hoovered top to bottom
WM x 2, TD x 2, and one load from earlier slung over maiden in Utility (now dehumidifier is working out there, it might just need a quick blast in TD in the morning.)
DW loaded and 15 minutes degibbling in kitchen - still not 100% straight.....DD3 being vegan is surprisingly a lot more messy....she is eating 5 to 6 meals a day (not enough natural fat in her diet for satiety I think)

Time to catch up on some TV then bed  nighty night
The cold never bothered me anyway

    Morning all

Slept better last night not waking until 6:50, maybe the glass of wine I had last night helped.

DW emptied, WM on and mogs fed.

This morning I want to work on the downstairs, dining room and kitchen being the worst. Need to wrap a birthday present and buy a card too.

    Christmas plans for the weekend:
    Buy tree
    Put up tree
Cut greenery, collect moss and make door decorations
Soak fruit and then make Pudding
Decorate Dining Room - after the big tidy up
Wrap DS3 school secret santa gift
Write any cards which will be posted
Order any last presents which need to be delivered

    Best get on with it!

I have only written one card (to my brother) but I have received a card from one of DH family who lives away, so we don't really see. They did put a thoughtful message in, so I do think I will reply (possibly with one of DD home-made ones, and pop a photo inside. They are good people, and weren't able to have children of their own :-(

WM is on, DW wants emptying, I have hm hamper bits to sort (toffee vodka is lush but wants filtering again, chocs want making and I didn't do enough chili jam). Also going to do mine and DD bedding, finish the bath panel  might even see if I can get my head around the overflow and adjust the washer. Sure I can hear it dripping (I like a deep bath :o).

On the plus side, FIL has fiddled with my shed door this week so it actually closes now. Only I must have put the padlock "somewhere safe" :rotfl:

Hmm. Haven't spotted Raphael on Fred for a while... In fact, a few people missing...

Hoping Olliecat is feeling less wobbly this morning xx

Squeak up .. Ds3 just came and got her out of our bed and took her downstairs to feed her breakfast.. He can be an utter pain but sometimes he is thoughtful it kind of makes you feel there is hope for him!!

Today I need to finish the back of this red jumper after adapting the pattern... Though.. I wonder if doing a sleeve first then knitting the back to the same length will work??... Nah.. I will measure it on OH and go from there.. He was sat playing on WoW last night and I was measuring it on him and taking measurements of him and my knitting.. He is most obliging haha!!!

Pixie making 'I might wake up' type noises but I think she might just go back over.. It was 10pm she went down last night :D I need to get it a bit earlier really.. It has to be a reliable 7pmish if I am to get a night out :p

I am sorting what I have left to be wrapped today while I can utilise the girls room for storage I don't think there is much to sort.. Ooh exciting I just remembered the present for OH is meant to be coming today.. I can then wrap all his stuff.. I can then cancel 2 orders which were my emergency back ups..

Oh dear me.. I need to be very busy today!!!

And the best job.. I need to cut the poo off the rabbits bum!

My life is so rock n roll lol
