Sounds disgusting, Emz:eek: but at least it's doing you some good and you can look forward to alternate months off. Maybe another colouring-in grid might be useful to help you see the end of the tunnel with the current course.
I'm a big fan of a visual aid like a colouring-in grid. Have used them loads in the past and not just for financial matters. Might rack my brains about what I can set some up again for . Thanks for the idea:T0 -

Thanks CBC
. The drugs are arranged into weekly and daily packets, so at least I can physically see them disappearing as the days go on. I have also just calculated that I won't be doing it on my birthday, which is always a good thing

Sooooo tired today. Really hope it's not the drugs taking effect already. The IV version makes me very tired. It has given me a sore throat and I keep on tasting it every so often.
Looks like I've got this week off Auntie duties. Both of the kids are ill (although my nephew is on the mend now) so either my sister or BIL will have to take time off work to look after them. No way am I doing it and risking catching their virus (last time I had something like that, I ended up in hospital for a week ).
We managed to dodge the showers and went to the cemetery to put some flowers on Joshua and my dad's grave. It was very cold in there though.
I had a review on my questions job today. Fourth 100% review in a row (they mark us on content and spelling/grammar). My 'manager' was very impressed and challenged me to get 5 in a row. It has made me realise that I am very good at my job and am lucky to have something that I can fit in around my illness. I must stop taking it for granted.

That sounds rubbish about the new meds

Well done on the job review though, that's fab!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -

Hi Emz
Had a read through your diary. Interesting stuff
Do you mind me asking what you do for a living? I see that you are self employed and see that you "answer questions" What does it it entail and who for ? I'm intrigued
I may be stupid and have prob missed it.

All meds done, including the disgusting one which has given me a very sore throat. Thought it was supposed to make me feel better
Going to do a couple of hours work now before heading off to my mum's.
