Need to read back- lost track of which phone you bought in the end. How much was the car recharger thingy? Need one myself.
    Moto G in the end.

Probably paid over the odds for the car charger ... but it was available there and then and so I've got it in my hand.

They were many colours... so I picked a plug version and a cigarette lighter version that matched and looked a fuscia at the stall, but now seem to be purple... £2.50 for the plug, £2 for car plug. What you do is use the usb charger and instead of plugging that into the PC you plug it into either the plug or the cigarette lighter... if that makes sense. I hadn't realised I'd need to use the USB lead. I'll take a photo.

Edit: poor photo as it's energy saving lightbulb light and flash didn't activate ... and didn't want to faff about turning that on as that'd probably end up looking worse. Just uploading pic.

Moto G was voted best value smart phone by The Sunday Times a few weeks back, target price was £125 so you did well.

I need to see if I have anything clean to wear tomorrow.
I'd not worry ... I had that sorted, wore them today, then took a tumble in Asda's car park as it was so wet/slippery ..... so they're a bit manky now.... but no time for them to dry if I wash them again... and no others either.

Not as well as if I'd spent £400 instore, had vouchers, did a triple bypass sumersault deal on a Thursday afternoon between 4 and 5pm and went to a participating store with a specially generated keycode for Premium Customers who show their platinum card and also have two vouchers from last month's shopping. I think those qualifers got paid to take it away.

    :)

    But yeah.

I'm in the middle of a bit of a cookathon. Think I'll head back to Shakeshire next Sat so need to use up things in the fridge. Also decided the Christmas cakes kit I bought a little while ago needed using rather than lingering at the back of a cupboard for another year. So in the oven at the mo are 2 Christmas cakes (I only have sandwich tins rather than a deep cake tin), a tray of potatoes and a tray of beetroot and garlic. Once the potatoes and meat see done they will be replaced by some pork and stuffing :) I had bought some goats cheese to go with the beetroot so I think I'm going to have my first 'starter' since moving in here.

There's a free recipe card at Sainsburys at the mo for Beetroot and Goats cheese risotto

OK that's a good price for either item. Only way to get cheaper is wait for it to arrive in January from China. Store or stall?

    :D.

No guarantee at all I'll stay on my feet, but I'm pretty good at falling over.

I'm trying not to bring all weird stuff with me. I've warned macputer he has to stay home. And the kiwi. Kiwi and dog dog don't like bad weather anyway.

Market stall, but a local business with their business card and other services available etc etc .... so not a "bit of a dodgy geezer with a box of bits"

Yes, rain. If its anything over there then like it is here today it will be uber grim.

Think of wearing walking boots or muckers or something its so wet here. I know its different where there are pavements though, but I have been living in the hideous uggs and I don't think they'd like it.......
