Probably, but we saw four of the other people viewing it and we were only there for just over half an hour. It's been the same every time we have viewed a house since about October last year (except the wreck which we tried to buy). Before that we never saw anyone else there and agents were reasonably open that they weren't doing other viewings that day. Then suddenly it was all open houses with someone new knocking on the door by the time you'd got upstairs.

When I was a kid I thought all these extinct reptiles were dinosaurs including plesiosaurs, ichthyosaurs and pterosaurs which turned out to be different.
Also the Dimetrodon wasn't a dinosaur.
Plus the Apatosuarus was still called brontosaurus.
How can stuff change so much?

I still say brontosaurus. ( and 'bo- di- sea -ah' not 'boo- dicker').

Its the map ones who are harder because change you offend, remain the same you offend. I tend to think of them as two different places. I met, as quite a young child, a woman who described herself a being from 'Persia' which sounded, how she rolled her r and smiled, her eyes misting and half closing, happysad, like somewhere cats were happy and women might be cats. The friend's mother I was with, a wonderfully glamorous American, explained the significance, somewhere I knew I little of through food but that no one had actually explained.

Triceratops was big and ponderous looking so not really the type to be chasing after and catching animal protein (compare leopard and elephant).

I quite agree, but then so do T Rex, with silly little flappy arms that look like they couldn't catch dinner if they tried*. I know nothing about dinosaurs. Dinosaurs were weird.

    * Were they brought back Jurassic Park style, I would not wish to test this theory.

I had been having a bit of a rapprochement with the car this year. Last year it cost a fortune but this year it passed the not no problems....however now I am sitting at the side of the road with a completely busted clutch feeling a certain annoyance.
    I think....

Very nice man on Facebook who answered my plea re the wheelchair, has done what others have said was impossible (or very expensive) and fixed my wheelchair!

I finally got it back on Saturday afternoon and we wasted no time and was straight up town doing the whole length of it....bliss!

And the price for fixing? £25!
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

Begger Michaels, think that might just be a tad expensive. It was the clutch which finally killed my £461 Ebay bargain after nearly 6 years.

The smoking ban is pretty relaxed in Aus compared to the UK.

In the UK I think the rules are: more than 50% of walls have to be missing to be a smoking area.

She has to harvest rainwater there as off grid, so have written back to check they are ok in that respect. If not, they have to buy water and bring in by tanker, which is very expensive. As lir has said many times, made me realise how lucky we are here.
I saw some instant tablet in the last year, that can be added to any liquid and make it safe to drink .... so muddy water, all sorts of horrid water ...

It was intended for 3rd world countries and extreme events like hurricane disaster areas etc.

I teach a "Persian" girl. Her family have been living in this country since the revolution.

Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.
