I can sympathise, having found what would be the ideal place, my mother has now decided that she is not interested in moving near here. I told her that it was a shame it wasn't built 3 months ago then she may already have been living in it.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Your getting side tracked. WHo is the the BTL for? You or them? Do either of you have enough spare cash to invest in a spare property? Or do you want nRP to move in with you and RP while they invest?I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Who has spare cash? Never heard of the concept. But maybe that's something I need to rethink
. We are not over extended, because we refuse to be.
Non res p could live there while searching for something less unsuitable than the things they are coming up with.0 -

Also another tie to uk.
Hmm.
Non res p is right , there does seem to be nothing very suitable in the budget. I'm strongly suggesting the compromise should not be location (I.e. should be near places to go and things to do) over property appearance and size, But non res p doesn't agree. I said 'why move then?' And non res p put phone down on me,
