I've just come in....
Sunshine was here this morning and now grey ing over.0 -
Well, between us DH and I have painted another 45 feet of barn wall today.
. DH also cleared gutters on it.
Quite pleased with that really.
This afternoon its taking some electric fencing down and not sure what else.
My ankle is defineitly my knee and ankle again now though.. And its colder, so I'm lighting the burner now so that we'll have somewhere warm to come into. We're both a bit stiff.

Date went very well
She looked absolutely gorgeous, had clearly made an effort, which was nice!
Talked a lot, laughed a lot, flirting, hand-holding over the table. Progressing nicely I think.
There is a massive 'but' though: she's obviously not totally over her ex, which is a bit of a snag to say the least. So just taking things as they come and trying to push it too much.
So we'll see!“I could see that, if not actually disgruntled, he was far from being gruntled.” - P.G. Wodehouse0 -
I think I should have probably done more stuff today, but somehow nothing seemed to happen... and it's already 2pm, so nothing's likely to happy for the rest of the day either.“The ideas of debtor and creditor as to what constitutes a good time never coincide.”

They'll be discussing what they saw ... and come to the conclusion that you hire in men to get naked and work while you watch.
You've by now got a reputation for "that woman ... that house ... you know ... the one .... half naked..... pays them. ..... mmmm"0 -

Silly them, never mind eh?
I did say I'd try and get a snor drop pic fro Lj. DH says no to ones from front of the house so I cannot show the full drift which is a bit of a poop they are so beautiful, I think Lj would like them. They go down the bank from garden under hedge to ditch then back up over the verge, where they are less breathtaking as have been scattered in the ditch clearing. They'll be stunning over there in a few years when more clumps form again.
Here are some close ups.:D0 -

Best snowdrops I have seen this year. This week end is the pagan festival of Imbolic. It is represented by the first snowdrops as a time when the sheep begin to lactate and fill their udders and the grass begins to grow. Gorgeous.0 -

All the snowdrops were here when we arrived, in an area of the garden we had decided was to be a 'white' garden. Our amazement when snowdrops came up in it ( there were very few garden things here ) was significant. It was like the house was agreeing. There is also a whit wisteria already here, but sadly will probably have to go, but we'll replace, to apologise to the house.0 -
Lovely snowdrops!
And with that blue thing obscuring a bit of the lens (bottom left of the 2nd pic), it looks like they're floating on a bed of fog.0
