I couldn't manage without the calendar. There's no way I could remember where all three of us are supposed to be all the time if the info wasn't stored somewhere, and I'm much better off with an electronic calendar that I can back up than with a hard copy diary that I would probably lose.

Out of interest, when you arranged to meet up with lir and me, did you just remember when and where we'd arranged to meet, or did you write that down somewhere?

I could manage without the tasks, but the contacts thing is the best way for me to keep email addresses, phone numbers and snail mail addresses all in one place.

I use the calendar on my phone and have done for quite a few years now....it also handily notifies you when you have an appointment coming up.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

This was a rescue dog, which was never trained to be on the lead. Normally, she's very good at just doing her own thing and following along, but she's become very pampered, and she just decided that going for a walk in the rain was no fun at all.
In future then, you could just sit on the front step with her for 10 minutes.

I got Leeds “You’re independent, and not one to follow the crowd. Leeds’ art and music scene will appeal to you - but also its beautiful scenery and vibrant city centre”

I went to Leeds for my sisters graduation and had a complete blast and the analysis description of Leeds reflects my memories well but I think I may have been wrongly allocated. The drunken food question had no mention of great big dirty burgers with fried onions, melted cheese and week old floppy salad. That is my drunk food necessity.

Yes, I noticed they missed curry off the drunk food list which is pretty much the only answer for those around Birmingham. :)

turns out the bigfoot hunter just shot a bear. he does not seem pleased.
I liked the theory about banging wood with a stone being the way they called each other .... and the man in the van said "Yeah, but if you've two groups of Yetti hunters at different parts of the forest, they could both be banging, thinking the others were a big foot... could go on for ages"

:)

I chose kebab.... but I'm rarely drunk - and as I get drunk on 1 pint, by 2 pints I'm beyond any food, so it's not really that relevant and/or it was so long ago I don't know what I'd be fancying in that state.

What A levels is youngest thinking of taking? Or does it depend how his GCSEs go?

Modern History, Gaming design, Business studies and ICT...but obviously, it does depend on getting his English and Maths GCSEs.

Char Sui pork here tonight, which I'm just about to try turning in to char Sui bao.

I had shredded wheat, the boys had curry.

I've been Money Tipped!
GDb, just bear in mind people might get 'uppity' about the dog not being on a lead if you are walking her on designated roads. Would she accept, for example, a lighter, longer than average lead introduced with ample bribery, sorry, i mean of course positive reinforcement :). .?

There is no Jewish ancestry in my family. I am not a scientist, but my DH is.
Outer Herts - definitely.
Mushrooms - too vile to mention, and I'm not keen on prawns either.

Jewish ancestry, love mushrooms and prawns, from outer Herts (Suffolk) and not a scientist.
