Its better than a drunk bloke telling you how ugly/ overweight you are :) I'd try and take it as a compliment. Good call on escaping by taxi though!

[QUOTE=zagubov;64059622 Also showed a giant tanker filled with collosal wine bags of Aussie plonk sailing down the Manchester ship canal to be bottled and sold in the UK. Solved the puzzle of how a heavy bottled product can be economically shipped around the globe. ;)

Allegedly ( and just because I know someone that works there and I'm only a couple of miles from the conbase), it's still allegedly, some of it goes missing and finds its way into the local market. Hic....

And there was me thinking that's what libraries are for:D.

What are you after? Just after Christmas a lot of unwanted books turn up v cheap in charity shops so worth looking there, especially if a popular title. Failing that, Abe Books or Better world Books are worth a shot. The commercial value of a lot of second hand book titles is just 1p, even if it does cost £2.80 to post. It's worth checking out book sales in libraries too, though that tends to be for older titles.
Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

It's Friday, dark and miserable and I'm knackered. I really want to pull a sickie but I know if i do I will go down with the flu bug that everyone else seems to have and I feel I have been close to all week and then I will not want to have time off when I really am sick to make up (does that make sense?)
    I think....

Libraries are for books you are happy dating, I want to marry these ones I think.

Also, having slept on it I'm not sure.:o. I was very in lust last night, in the cold light of morning I'm wondering if it was word googles. I cannot even talk about them until I know my feelings more. Such a strong reaction.....

I will certainly be checking second hand prices, because ...well, what else can one do! But I'll be checking AFTER Christmas.

The question is, do I down load another kindle one now....hmmm.....I'm thinking I should save myself for the real copies of the other books.
  • Off to Feltham - today, and also Monday. Lucky me!

So...I hold a child for a bout two minutes in a supermarket and end up with chocolate on my pale cashmere sloppy jumper.

Going for broke, I'm going to have a coffee before washing it, Might as well slobber down my self too. I did however eat a soft boiled egg with no accident.

Edit: this its the dress I wore last week to my work xmas party. It was a bridesmaids dress from last yr: http://www.jjshouse.com/A-Line-Princess-One-Shoulder-Floor-Length-Chiffon-Bridesmaid-Dress-With-Ruffle-007004153-g4153

It looks a very nice evening gown and I would never have guessed it as a bridesmaid dress.
There's something about me, I think, that attracts drunks and / or nutters.

    Isn't she gorgouesh?"
