There's always more good than bad CK. For a bit of bad tv watching I wander onto you tube and there's a programme called what would you do, which sets up situations to see how people react. Mostly it's pretty uplifting in a schmalzy way.

After writing a stroppy letter lat night, it looks as if after 3 days of toing and froing, I can finally have Mr Bugs cared for in the home he has been in for 9 months and they are going to stop the sub cut fluids. A lot of well-meaning people trying to reach common consensus means nothing happens. Far better to tell them waht they are doing, even if you are crossing your fingers behind your back whilst doing the telling!

No, they'll come anyway .... and it's nearly Xmas so I'm unlikely to be around all day at any other point.

I do s0d all for weeks, then everything happens at once. I said to the agent "I can do any time" thinking it'd be today/this evening/tomorrow or the weekend .... and he came back with Monday, so I said "not Monday, busy".... and he said Tuesday, and I said yes....

You tell them not to come anyway but to come when suits you. Its not an abnormal request.

You could phone them and ask them to come first thing Monday morning before you are busy. .

It would be nice to sit by the fire. But dog dog has squeezed her self in to the pink 18th century chair again, and the stripey chair has a kiwi draped over it. (Big dog is on the floor behind the sofa away from the heat).

No, they don't do it like that. They write and tell you they don't know when they are coming, but it's on a particular date. I want it over and done with, can't relax until it's done .... so could try to get another date from them, but then it'd drag out. The world doesn't work how we'd like it to - if that were the case I'd not have s0ddin' inspections every 3 freakin' months.

Hope you kept their old dog bed so you have something to sit on.
