You don't have to turf Dog Dog out of his chair. Just go into the kitchen and bang dog food cans about. Then nip back into the living room and grab either the pink chair or the stripey chair, whichever takes your fancy.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

That's lying!
Its ok, I am on a sofa, which is further form the fire, but better for my skin. Let their hair go dry and frizz, my skin and hair will be better.0 -
OH is back from Sochi tonight, I am going to ask him if he crossed any roads on his own.
I love Sochi, possibly through spending years there as a child. I think we pulled out the property market there too early, too, but that could just be me (cue posh alert)There's always more good than bad CK. For a bit of bad tv watching I wander onto you tube and there's a programme called what would you do, which sets up situations to see how people react. Mostly it's pretty uplifting in a schmalzy way.
I think it's that we see more bad than good in everyday world.
I pulled a woman alone with kids through 2 villages to a garage last year when her car broke down, and (I think) took her home again afterwards, as it was snowing, but I rarely see anyone else do it.
Again, a guy whose car broke down was offered a taxi share (I was a passenger at the time) back into the village I was going to, as I didn't want to see him on a dangerous bit of road in rural Hertfordshire. I refuse to cycle down there, less walk there :eek:💙💛 💔0 -

It is true that it's lying. But you can always give them some food, so as to salve your conscience. In any case, dogs are so good natured that they'll just think it was some sort of misunderstanding.
Are they allowed on the furniture? I thought you banned that?No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

They don't get snacks between meals. Not as a general rule, the occasional thing for a reason, not just randomly.
Rules is rules, right? .
Like the furniture in the sitting room. But they are asleep now.. To be strictly fair to them, they did stay /off the sofas.
I'd be a terrible mother wouldn't i?:rotfl::rotfl:
Actually, kiwi woke up while I am thing and came to sleep on the floor by me so its only dog dog. And she is dog dog. Its like asking a Walton stay away from th beach.
Edit? A Walton???????a wave!,,0 -
I wish I'd got round to having my hair trimmed... it'll be too late now, no doubt. I did find the hairdressers open and went in to enquiry of their cheap "models wanted" sessions, but she caught me out when she said "we're busy as it's Xmas, so we don't do that in December"..... so I shuffled off. She had been in the middle of doing somebody's hair, so didn't get round to asking her more questions and booking in anyway .... I just shuffled off. I hate that, but that's what I do when hit by the unexpected response.0

You should see what 12 year old girls wear to Batmitzvah parties; those dresses look tame!I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
