But what was the decision?
You can always appeal.
Decision is not due till Thursday. However as a Councillor has asked to have it called in if it is going to be granted and it is showing as having been dealt with by the planning officer rather than being called in (under delegated powers) it seems that a decision has been made.
Appealing is a possibility but not cheap - just ask Doozer
Fall back plan is to seek valuations for selling now or look at options to extend/remodel to add value.
Edit: At least it now saves me from checking the website every hour to see if there is an update

I searched for decisions on Thursday's date and got nothing!I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I think I have found it now, big clue was "CALLED-IN IF OFFICER MINDED TO - GRANT " written in red across the top of one of the documents.
Translating the planning blurb, they don't like developments in back gardens - even if the access is OK it gives a lack of privacy to future occupants of the original houses.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Underground development? Ecosububan development preserving garden space above for the house? More expensive to build of course but....more fun too. Solves overlooking issue.0

If it goes to Bristol, there's a chance it will go through, so bear that in mind.💙💛 💔0 -
I had a delivery today of something, but just got an email saying it will be delivered Tomorrow. Hmmm.
Techno error?
If not and its delivered twice do I have to pay return? Its more than one item, I could use a second of one of the items but to the others, unless I keep them t use as Christmas gifts, buying them might be easier than returning tbh.0 -
On the other hand, given an empty plot of the same size, they'd happily grant permission for 4-6 small terraced new builds in a row..... 10' wide each.

If a 2nd one turns up that's an "unsolicited gift" - and you have an obligation to inform the company and make it available for them to collect it. If not collected within 6 months it's yours, free.lostinrates wrote: »I had a delivery today of something, but just got an email saying it will be delivered Tomorrow. Hmmm.
