But you won't notice at first as the empty packets will be left in situ.

We're fine spirit. She went off food but is eating again, and is gung ho. We'll make the decision on Tuesday but I'm not going to panic more about it tonight or tomorrow. :)

Just got back from a curry restaurant that NDG likes. Had their set menu. Popadums and pickles, masala dosa, mixed bajiahs, lamb chicken veg and lentil curries with rice and naan £15 per head.:D

And managed to find a seat in a crowded pub.

DD's back with us for the hols, just realised the house will be fully occupied for once and the fridge/freezer/cupboards are going to empty faster.

Which curry house is that, then?

Ever since my recent haircut I've started to see white hairs.I think I am going grey on the edges.

Getting a haircut is a depressing experience for me these days, it's a miracle if there are any brown hairs amongst the sea of grey.

Every haircut seems to lop off more and more white than brown hairs, although at my age, I'm relatively happy to have much hair at all, let alone worrying about the loss of colour.:o

something about launderettes with online presence being miles away

The sort of launderette that will launder a duvet for £10 won't have an online presence!

I have just done a Tesco shop, timed to get there just as the store opened (midnight) after the Sunday trading laws. It is as I imagine a 3rd world supermarket would be, aisles blocked with cages of goods waiting to be shelved.

I do as much of my shopping in late hours as possible to skip queues, but once the queues are thinning the aisle-blocking starts to accelerate as the staff deploy from tills to stacking. Can't really seem to win at shopping!
