Just bumping as there is another new site that is setting up and again I can't see what they are offering that ebid can't offer.

Haven't we had this convo already, you're quite the poster
I guess the main difference is that on grabthatonline.co.uk it's free to list. So you dont pay anything unless it sells. Which in my book is pretty good as there is no outlay (or do ebid offer that?)
Yes they do, you can do a basic sell without paying a lifetime subscription. Also your site is not free to list as otherwise why would you need a voucher code?I checked out their site and go thte impression you have to pay £50 to sign up. To be fair, ive only listed stuff the other day on grab that and havent had much of an audiance however there isnt much of an audicance at the moment, hopefully with the free lsiting it brings sellers in which turn out to be buyers too. Check out my console games for sale on there

it is free to list on grabthatonline.co.uk, the voucher code is so you don't have to pay the end of auction fee too. :beer:0 -
is that what you took the site down for to change yesterday then?
Also, how exactly are you going to make any money from this or is it just going to be a vanity site?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Just think!, Ebid could do an Ebay, buy-up some of the smaller sites and add their customers to their system.
Ebid does have one major advantage over Ebay, a customer service that actually responds to your quiries, now theres a novelty.Never Knowingly Understood.

I was on the site last night no problem.
This may have already been suggested but is there not someway that someone could add a sticky at the top of the forum and list those users (with links) that are using ebid to try and increase both the seller's profiles and also the users on the site?

I think we've got about three regular ebid users which would be manageable but then the thousands of ebay users here would want to do the same and that would not be workable.
Our regular ebid users have also stopped posting which is a shame, and the general discussion forums on ebid are also slower than I've ever seen them before, but I don't know why.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
