I am delighted to read of all your good fortunes this week - longmay they continue for you - were you at Canterbubble hosp?? x:j I belong to Mike's Mob :j0

Had to go to WHH for this one Billie. January's surgical procedure has to be done at Canterbubble which is where I had my teeth done last year as well and is a total pig to get to and from without a car :wall: - still all for a good cause!

You're the kind of tenant that every LL wants. It would be better if more people were like you. My sister had 3 different sets of tenants, one was lovely, like you, one (a couple with a baby) were not great and the third one was AWFUL. Really awful. The only reason she was renting the flat out was because she couldn't get it sold.

I don't understand people who don't look after their own home. Regardless that it is someone elses bricks and mortar, it's my home. I look after it
She is holding up ok. She has got this cold still and the cough is getting worse, as it is for me. I can't talk today. I have coughed so much I have a headache. I can't believe I am at work, but knowing that I have a mandatory week off sick in January is spurring me on.
6 more working days after today!!Christmassssss

I am so fed up of coughing. Seriously. I am going to bed in a minute. I keep waking up with coughing fits in the night and I am bone tired. Also Jelly has been playing me up a bit with midnight wanderings. Early bed required. No MOTD for Lilty.
I spent £45 in Leedle today  - I've only got £100 Grocery butdget for the 'rest' of December. And I just whumped a big old chunk off it. 2 weeks to live out of cupboards & freezer. I solemnly promise to meal plan... tomorrow.
I was meant to do some Christmas shopping today to finalise the bits for my friend and her kiddiwinx but I just haven't the energy.
Plus side, I put the tree and decs up todayfestive flat
my tree is a huge 6 foot tall, enormously complex wide one with colour coded branches that have to be displayed just so. But it is gorgeous. And this is it's 4th year
still as good as new. It has 3 sets of coloured lights on it & a million baubles. Most of which have been collected for me or by me since I was a kid. I moved out of mum & dads with my very own set of Christmas decs
lol. It looks beaut and Jelly is being good so far except for the wooden train which she thinks is fair game.
Right
Off to bed. xx

Hope you sleep better tonight.
We have a red and gold theme for our tree, but it is interspersed with lots of 'other' baubles etc like yours. Some were mine when I was little (some have seen better days so are hidden round the back but I can't not put them on!), some have my boys' names on, some are just cute, some were made by the boys and there is one special butterfly that sits right at the top near the star which symbolises my Dad and FIL who are no longer with us. Oh, and one is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, well, just because!Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

A Brogden bauble? Cute :rotfl:
Lilty sorry to hear about your horrid coughs, I've had the lack of energy thing today it's horrid. But I know how it is when you have a jelly size person to look after.
Your tree sounds wonderful. :-)OSWL (start 13st) by 30Jun20 6/10
