Lilt and Jellytots most excellent adventure...

Awww DD is a little cutie! I cannot believe the chocolate is still in there though.. Have you given it a rattle? :rotfl:
Sadly £land advent calendars are no good for the littlie. I shall look online for a dairyfree one now, as she shall not miss out this year due to the shops inability to stock diary free ones! She only just got an easter bunny
How about works 1st class franking? MSE enough?Using one of their envelopes, or several to protect it too... It is precious. Jellytot has yet to write the sentiment though. I was making sure the SUPERGLUE  dried before she did what I did and stuck her hand to it :rotfl: I've been biting bits of glue off my thumb all day... Lol.
Have a good night xx
Are you chuffing kidding me?!?! Advent Calendars
P.S who wants my second handmade attempt? I reckon you might get a second one too Apple, once I have perfected the art... to make up for my dodgy first attempt!

Damn predictive text. Garnier facewash. Blooming thing just tried to change it to Garner!
It's a facewash, scrub and mask in one. £3 at the moment in the big A.
Poor Jelly. I hope she feels better soon. Have you got any vics vapour rub to rub on her chest or put on her pillow maybe. ?
You have been a busy bee, but I'm catching you up. Have a good evening. It's back to the grindstone tomorrow but I will catch up soon.

LOL back to the garnierstone :rotfl: - I am lucky to have 2 more days than everyone else! Godsend, especially as madam is loving nursery and my in laws have decided on a more relaxed visit on Friday when I am at work as GMiL is at their house and detests me, henceforth no contact is allowed whilst she is there. Boring.
Jelly is sleeping on a towelsuch is the cough I have had to go and amend her bedding set up. She is liberally coated in Vicks, and doused in Olbas for babies. I've also made sure she has a dummy in, as when that is in and she breathes through her thankfully free flowing but clear nose and doesn't dry her throat out as much. I am about to get out the big guns in the Tixylix honey/lemon and glycerol. Such good cough medicine!

Helllloooooooooo
I have been around every other diary and caught up with everything I have missed
I went this morning, dropped Jelly off at nursery and then headed to Mr L.I was intending to do a small shop for veggies and a few bits and bobs, then move on to Mr A's and finally Mr S... but Mr L was brilliant. £49.42 spent and enough food for well over a week with just the odd top up on bread/milk etc. I skipped Mr A, and went in to Mr S where I got 4 cartons of soya milk, and 2x 8 packs of crumpets!yum!
Came home and tidied up a bit, then headed out for my appointment at the docs. Flu jab duly got, and managed to get it done in so short a space of time that I got home in time to fetch Jelly with Him. No need for him after all! But we went straight to the park afterwards and had a lovely family time. Jelly was a daredevil climbing and jumping, sliding and swinging!
Got home, and started another epic cook off. Turned part of yesterdays mince/lentil/onion & garlic concoction into a spicy chilli which will make 6 portions of the final stuffed marrows of the year. Took the lentils/barley/bulgar & split peas that had been soaking overnight and cooked them until they were ready to add to a pan packed full of sauteed veggies and stock. Result is a huge thick soup which tastes delicious and is very healthyalso all my lunches for work covered!
Another load of washing drying on the airers with the windows wide open and I am still not caught up! Is anyone? Ever!?
Hoping to have a chilled evening with my YNAB and meal planning. Hope Jelly doesn't repeat the last 3 nights wake up at 10:30 til nearly 12I know its because she is poorly but it is very tiring. She keeps calling me a 'marshmennow' :rotfl: reflection of my tubbiness currently?

Got a right headache. YNAB out of the question. Can barely squint at the screen so giving up and off to bed. I remember Lobbyludd asking me if marrow was one of my triggers. Yet again tonight I have a migraine I am refusing to call by it's name, so a headache, after having stuffed marrows. Maybe it is the combo of LOTS of cayenne pepper and chilli powder, and a tonne of cheese? Who knows.
Just pulled all my receipts out from under my pillow, as you do. Jellytot kept stealing them.. Lol
Reminds me. After poking my tummy and calling me a marshmennow earlier, she stood on her changing table in her pyjamas after I got her ready for bed, and said 'Kiss?' and followed it up with a lovely squeezy hug, and then brought tears to my eyes when she casually said 'Lovely day mummy'
I idolise her
Night peeps xx

Ithink most of us idolise Jelly too!!
Instead of paying a silly amount for a dairy-free calendar, could you get 25 (!) d-free choc coins and put them in envelopes? Or is that just as expensive?
Yes, you had marrow, but also Him was around, you had a flu jab, and check where the moon was in its cycle!!

My DS2 does similar things to melt your heart. He regularly tells me "you're the best Mummy in the whole World/unniverse/all of the planets" :rotfl:. I don't know what he has based his research on and I believe it may be more than a little biased :rotfl:.

Hello finally got round to your diary!
We have a wooden advent calendar that I fill with sweets for the kids and they open a door each day. Could you buy something like that and fill with something she likes....perhaps marshmennows :rotfl:
My ds2 is the sweetest when it comes to handing out complimentshe always tells me he loves me and that he'd rather spend all day with me than his teachers as he loves me to the moon and back and misses me when at school
I love it! Especially as ds1 hasn't said "love you mum" for about 10 years and DD says it when she wants something :rotfl: xx
