Sleep was not to be had!! I took ages to get off, and then at 4am a wail started up from the other room. I feel sick! :( Nooo!! Not a good time to remind oneself you put the kiddies medicine in a different place because the bread was hiding it, and FORGOT TO GIVE IT TO HER TWICE!

Turns out however, that despite giving her the medicine, she has a tummy bug from nursery. We were up at 4 as I said and she continued to be sick through past 8am. She went back to bed an hour or so ago and so far no drama. I got another half an hour with her around about half 8 until 9am. But I am... BEAT. really shattered. And as usual my back then starts complaining. I've got my tens machine on the base of my spine and on my left hip and it is delicious. I'm honestly thinking I might buy it. Painkillers versus this for a few hours. I think this actually wins.

Westie I am jealous of that iced coffee. Although I blew out HUGE on my diet today. Because I stepped on the scales and again they have not moved a millimetre. So.. I blew out. And had 2 chocolate coated cookies, some lemon drizzle cake, an ice cream and 2 pieces of toblerone for breakfast. Yup. Not. Even. Sorry. :rotfl:

However I needed the sugar hit to be frank. And I thoroughly enjoyed it. And once I had done that I felt like I had cleansed my brain. And now I am sat writing a meal plan using a blog I've found. I've done some shopping for... psyllium husk powder (can anyone say fibre?!) almond flour, coconut flour, chia seeds and himalayan pink salt (because if I see it included in a recipe one more time....)

I am going to spend the next 2 weeks following a super strict sugar free less than 20g net carbs diet. And I am going to SLEEP. And exercise. And get out of this funk. AND LOSE WEIGHT. Or else. I did so well when I followed it to the letter. So back to bedtimes with the sun, pilates which is really helping, my tens machine over painkillers, an extra ami tablet at bedtime to help me sleep and strength training.

So.. If I am not around especially work evenings, please imagine me stomping along places like this:

    11659299_10155707640275532_5910384761059413540_n.jpg?oh=c2084bf0f9212b763556b858c4c12419&oe=561C3E53

and spending the rest of my time doing this:

11390059_10155703462440532_6835306913389036294_n.jpg?oh=6962ce9475e0f5f213aab31865500941&oe=561CEC11 - Thanks Lucky for the compliment. Likewise I saw a beautiful pic of you and DS!! xxx

My breakfast WAS amazing! Like Christmas :rotfl: the only day of the year I can eat chocolate for breakfast!

GAP - don't worry it's just me in a funk. I'm getting there! :D Still torturing/enjoying myself with this Tens machine :rotfl:

Jellytot has woken up BEAUTIFUL. In the most glorious mood. She bounced up when I went in and said, 'Hooway, is it morning again!?!' I could eat her. She is currently explaining how she has a mole, on her feet. This feet here. Her right feet. She then asked me for porridge. She hasn't eaten all day so I made it. But she's not touched a bite, despite calling it yummy scrummy a dozen times. So not quite better but getting there!

Oh Lilt how lovely to see your face - you know when people say I can now put a face to a name....

Sorry to hear that the Jelly Bean has been Ill, hopefully its out of her system and she is back to being the springie Jelly you know so well.

As you know I have a good collection of coffee products and I am saving a fortune not buying coffees and having my own on tap...

ALTHOUGH that said I have reconciled YNAB and I have spent wait for it

    £250 on food this month!!!!

for one little lady that is horrendous,

    SO....

I have set myself a challenge to eat all the stocks from the cuboards and freezer before I buy anything more, (allowing for the perishable items like butter and milk)

With this is mind I have dug out some chinese ribs from the depths of the freezer (yellow stickered £1.50) and shoved it into the sous vide to slow cook for 24 hours and ill eat it with some crusty rolls and salad tomorrow...

Cant believe June is over and its July tomorrow that means it closer to christmas 2015 then it was NYD 2015

Caught up, whew! I've been busy at work the past couple of days and the bossman has been in so I've had to be careful.

I'm glad to hear the TENS machine is helping. You are right, it might be worth investing in one if it is helping that much.

You are both beautiful girls! I agree with Westie about putting a face to a name.

I'm struggling with sleep too, although I was up at 5am (purposely) yesterday and walked for miles too so last night I was asleep before 10pm and didn't wake up in the night.

Big hugs to you and hope you improve quickly :) xx

Is it soon time for YNAB to be discounted. Hoping so.

Lilty - I bought my tens machine from a website for £15.00, Ill see if I can manage to recognise the site to let you know, the one I have had a million different settings, one for intensity and one for the pulse space...

Its quite good and the stickies are very sticky and reusable not sure if you have one where you have to throw the ends away...

Ill see if I can find it....
