Lilt and Jellytots most excellent adventure...

Last night was not a success in the sleep department. I stupidly upped my fats in the worst way ever in the evening. Think drinking coconut oil. Anyways needless to say I won't be doing that again. One spoon is fine. Half a cup, not so much! Anyways I felt awful and couldn't sleep until eventually I got up and was very sick. Felt much better after that but still spent most of the night staring at the ceiling.
Weird fact of the day. I weighed myself just for fun this morning to see what had happened overnight. I lost a kilo and a half in 12 hours :rotfl: all back on now. It was dehydration and illness. Feeling right as rain now!
Have done all of the Jellytots ironing which was basically all of her clothes. And kondoed them back into her drawers. Just sitting down to a green Thai pork curryyum! Can't believe I ever used to eat something like this with rice. It has over 500 calories just in the curry!
Anyways still struggling with my appetite. Jellytot is in bed for the night and I am nowhere near my steps for the day. So Pilates and strength training it is. Have found a lovely relaxation Pilates YouTube video. It's so short but very nice before bed. I repeat a couple of times and it is helping me to relax
Thanks for your lovely messages all. Brain still not computing. And spent £50 in Mr S today

Hi Lilty, Really sorry to hear you hit a low spell but as usual you have the pick up and dust self off attitude you little ninja turtle.. and of course you WILL.. don't put too much pressure on yourself though.. on all fronts, weight loss, cleaning, being a super mum, work.. you have so much from all angles going on and its OK not to be perfect at all of them, all of the time.. the wheels WILL sometimes fly off.. take your time to put them back on and do what you need to recover properly.. you know all this, and I know you know.. but just sayin
Sorry you got sick last night too.Do you keep any of those anti-sickness remedies by your bed? I keep Remegel VERY close to hand and it has saved me on many a night where I've felt a puke-fest coming, feel like it stops it in its tracks......
Haven't had a chance to read back very far but had to drop by and tell you that I was also kondo'ing today too and it always makes me think of youBest thing I ever did in this flat and it's as tidy as the first day I did it, I always take the time to re-do the laundry and put it back in the right way.. saves LOADS of time overall and helps rotating use of clothes no end as I can finally see all of what I have and with LL too.
Love ya loads and loads, we all do!xxxxxxx- on a mission to be debt-free by the end of 2017 -

INOD I wish I could say there was but the meat and eggs I get through is a huge indulgence anyway. Nothing naughty or fun in there I'm afraid!
Levi bless your heart I do know all that. Sorry I've not been on your diary. I've barely gotten anywhere I'm afraidbig hugs to you!! Xxx
Him is my saviour tonight. I felt horrible and just needed to get out and clear my head. He had gone to a nearby friends after work and so they decamped here. He actually never ever goes anywhere or does anything but last night he went out for a meal after work and tonight has gone to his mates. Crazy. Anyway they are playing some... Game thing in the corner of my living room. And I've just spent an hour out stomping. I feel so much better for it. I'm going to do some strength training in my newly freed up floor space in my room (when I take down the ironing board that is) and then do my relaxation Pilates, bath and bed. An early night is definitely required. Feel washed out but stressed to the point I can't sit still. Wish me luck on the sleep front. Hopefully I will be so shattered I will just sleep!
Thanks again for all your support guys. I really love you all xxx

Hi Lilty, sorry to hear your a little low at the moment sending love and hugs.
I'm still studying, passed my second assignment, and working towards my third and final one, due on the 9th July. Hopefully I'll be able to pop in more often after I've submitted it.

Sorry to hear things have not been great Lilt.
A friend posted this on facebook this morning, thought you might appreciate - self care questions for when things are not OK! http://eponis.tumblr.com/post/113798088670/everything-is-awful-and-im-not-okay-questions-to
These are all things that you have talked about - it has the walking in it - but I liked that it's all in a handy list
I think the beautiful summer days can play havoc with sleeping, particularly if you are in a flat. Get the breeze flowing through and the curtains shut when the sun hits to avoid heating the rooms up. You can enjoy the sun outside xx0 -
What a fantastic post Hohum!! Thank you for your help. And I mean it genuinely. That has helped me see I am doing all the right things and have my head on straight!
Today I got up, showered, dressed in nice jeans and a unicorn tee (of course!) and took Jelly to nursery. Lovely walk from there round Mr L and picked up some treats for a friend and Him. Got myself some "treats" which was sour cream, chicken breasts and avocados :rotfl: and then went to a health appointment where I was given and learned how to use a tens machine! My friend collected me from there and we came back to a mercilessly child free day of sitting on the sofa drinking coffee and really nattering. Such a great catch up and I really appreciated the adult company but also the girly giggly gossip. We've booked a date next Monday to go to Tesco and The Rangewhich I am excited for as daft as it sounds. Play shopping - you know where you go to a supermarket you don't often go to and get too ooh and aah over the bread and cheese :rotfl:
As for the selfie... Funny you should say that!! I posted a pic on Instagram and through to the book of face yesterday. Normally my pics of Jelly don't include me but it had me on and the feedback was lovely.
I did 8km and a whole strength training set plus 2 lots of Pilates last night and then had an Epsom salt bath before bed
All in all I think I'm doing pretty well!! Except for the sleeping... :rotfl:
I've found a new staple for my diet. Mr L had ground linseed with goji berries and pumpkin seeds ground into it. Very low carb. I just mixed 30g with 60ml double cream and ate it! Closest to breakfast cereal I've come this far!! Tasted lovely and was very HFLC.
I ate pork scratchings while my friend had one of the cakes I collected from Mr L today. Aren't I goodhahaha
Right must collect Jelly! We are off to the park. *remembers ball, scooter and chocolate*

great glad you got something out of it - I do get the impression that you are pretty good at self care but a) we're all human and allowed to have days when that just isn't happening b) overlook what great things we do for ourselves.
Boyfriend and I refer to the moments when it's not happening as 'IDOWHATILIKE' - inner toddler rules despite what we might think is a good idea. I have quite a lot of inner toddler moments - found that list really helpful even though is written with a specific purpose in mind.0
