    Hello boys and girls

Sorry I've been absent. Real life can kick you when you're down and then some eh.

Ali no, not yet, but so tantalisingly close I can taste it! Soon... :D I just loved those words. They were just what I needed!

I sit here on my bed in a different area of the bedroom. I've emptied the entire room out and put it back together again. I discovered 3 of the stars that go over the LED lights around my headboard. This completes the set since Jelly has finally stopped removing them. They are twinkling away behind me now :) I also found the elusive handle from the scooter. She's been without it for weeks and weeks. It was under the wardrobe when I moved it out. :j I've vacuum packed tonnes of clothes/bedding and Jellys soft toys. I feel guilty about the toys. They can't breathe. Worse yet I sucked all of the air that I did give them out. I had to put them in her bedroom under her bed. I would not be able to sleep with suffocating teddies in my room. :o

Upshot of it all is, everything is now in a different place. The floor has been vaccuumed and scrubbed and mopped and repeated several times over. The skirting board have been wiped down, the rugs were shaken out (eww) and vacuumed to within an inch of their lives and my bedding is freshly ironed and on. The only blemish is the 2 big airers hanging full of drying clothes by the window. Once they are done, the bedding I took off and a load of white towels is ready to hang out.

I'm shattered. It is quite difficult moving a wardrobe on your own  but it is so nice to sit here in the fresh air and feel refreshed by the cleanliness :D

I'm having a few mental issues. It's probably the best way to put that. Things have happened that take me straight back in time to where I was 2 years ago, in my head at least. I'm finding it hard to have the energy to do normal things. I can't concentrate on my finances, but I know I've spent too much. Mostly on food. My sleep is horrendous and near non-existent. In the middle of all this mental mess my weight loss has ground to a near halt. I know that stress weighs heavily on this diet and can reverse it. Also sleep is a key component. I've tried everything and it just isn't working. The increased night time meds leave me fuzzy during the day but don't help me sleep.

I was supposed to be running the July challenge this month and after barely checking in for most of June I have just bailed on it. I can't commit to anything, much less get my brain together to write it.

Anyways, this grim and dismal post is the exact opposite of where I want to be.

So here I am, at my lowest. Take a look guys, because I am on my way back up. Just as soon as possible.

    Lots of love xxx
