Ooh can you see my sleep on fitbit apple? It is a disaster isn't it  - I'm averaging about 2.5 hours a NIGHT!!! :rotfl: - it is this and not drinking enough that has not helped me in my diet quest, but today despite meal planning I fair could not be BOTHERED to cook what I ws supposed to eat after my morning breakfast was so disgusting I had to throw it away. I do not trust american recipes any longer with their entire tablespoons of fat to cook a couple of mushrooms, and their sweetener. Natural as stevia may be... I cannot stand sweetener and it stalls my fat loss as soon as I look at it!!

Bless DD for tucking into the second batch. I've got some lovely ground cashew butter to use next time around too! :D

lobbyludd :o:o thanks for dropping in and for the compliment. *goes all shy*

Westie a dress?!?! ;) I don't believe you :p - it's been sunny here, no sign of the epic storms from all over the country. Feeling like I missed out!!

I had to spend money today on birthday presents for a lovely little fella whose party Jelly is going to dressed as tinker bell tomorrow! So in for a penny and all (I got him hexbot fish in a tank!!) I bought myself 3 medicine balls, which came with a free stand.. and .... wait for it.... A HULA HOOP!! :rotfl: - a weighted one! I've spent 40 minutes hooping tonight watching some welsh valleys documentary about people spending their money on ridiculous things like dresses and fake tans and personal trainers just so they can go out drinking on a Saturday!

I'm now going to do my usual workout using the 5kg medicine ball instead of the 5kg round weight from the barbell!! I need to find a 7.5kg medicine ball for my triceps workout as 5 isn't good enough but it works well with my crunches.

Have a lush evening guys!! xxx

I'm broken today. My hula hoop has bruised my sides :rotfl: - and I followed up 45 mins of hooping with a killer 10 minute ab workout I found on Pinterest. I actually think I am swollen :rotfl:

You may possibly have overdone it slightly, you plonker! Don't you dare try anything other than epsom bathing and walking and totally enjoying jellytot time... Otherwise I'll have to come and put you in a straight jacket... :D

Me, am off to do a measured but sweat-inducing workout and catch up on jiggle free july as I skipped it yesterday.

And thank yoooooouuuuuuu for the link. Am missing half in ingredients! But have £11.50 to spend in h and b so may use it for that and give them a go!

Haha!! I have recovered! Some frozen peas and a turmeric, lemon, ginger and cayenne drink have worked wonders along with some tiger balm.

It said to start hooping for 2 minutes.. then move to 5 after a few days... I was like, sod it, I've been doing it since I was tiny, how bad can it be... pretty bad when the thing is weighted!!

I bought my chia seeds along with pink himalayan salt, almond and coconut flour at buywholefoodsonline - they should be delivered tomorrow to work :D:D

Enjoy your jiggle freeness ;) I am going to a birthday party with Jelly dressed as tinker bell, carting 3 batches of THE cookie dough ;) not to mention some robot fish and a tank. In the pouring rain. :rotfl: xx

I was secretly hoping that I might have met you irl before and just didn't know it, alas no. :(

Tens machines, I have been told in the past that they are good but haven't tried one. What do they actually do?

:rotfl::rotfl: I need to join in on jiggle free july me thinks. But maybe not the hulahoop, coordination does not reside here.

Here to 'fess up to pulling a muscle while working out! A front-of-thigh one. And it is in a specific place so if I put my 2 fingers on it very hard, then it is agony then stops hurting - so long as I keep my fingers there...

But, undeterred (or just plain stoopid) I carried on, substituting squats for the lunges, or v short lunges instead of my usual long ones.

Let's see if I can walk tomorrow...

Peaty - just google jiggle free july. It's from last year, but hey, july is still july!

It might be better in the morning! Better just sit back and have many cups of tea!

Cheerleading is a thing here? Does she do flippies? I would love to do a flippy.
