I think years of UK diving in leaky drysuits mean I have issues with noticing the cold when most normal people are shivering
Last summer I did a couple of swims at Salford Quays and found that much like swimming in the sea/an unheated pool on holiday once I got in and started moving I was fine - albeit straight in to the nearest coffee shop for the largest hot chocolate they sold straight afterwards in the height of summerIt’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

I don't swim. Which is funny because I have heard hippo's are very graceful swimmers. But I am more drowning than swimming most of the time. :rotfl:
Scuba you sound hardcore. I daren't ask what your fitbit says today :rotfl:

I don't have one....I feel left out of the club
The moves app on my phone tells me I walked 8000 steps and cycled 6.7 miles today though. I *should* have gone for a run after I cycled home from work but y'know lazy/sofa/wine and chocolate got in the way. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

The cycling was in place of driving to work - normally its 2x 3.3miles sat on my bum trying to remember to stop looking at the pretty countryside and watch where I'm pointing the car!
I do not envy you that fun - just reaffirms my decision to not have kids and not keep a pet male for more than a few months at a time. :AIt’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
