Oh no, hope you're feeling better soon lovely Lilty.

Will be fitbit-friendly as soon as I sort the charger issue too. ;)

Yes I'm okay just having a review of my pain meds as I think the ones I have are helping with joint pain that I had prior to my replacement and my nerve pain needs different meds, let's see what the doctor says but it was suggested by the occupational health doctor that I saw back in February.

apple yes UTI strikes again. Long term antibiotics 1 a week for 15 months (+ another 3) has me going for a liver function test next week. It is the only thing to keep it at bay. Much better now though!!

So just been and fetched my weeks worth of shopping from my new diet meal plan. I've got a couple of bits to get but couldn't find them in 2 supermarkets and my arms and back were tired lugging a rucksack full of meat and 4 bags of other stuff around! Big spend again but other spends should be minimal now.

Anyone know where I can get paneer?! I don't want to make it :( I have enough cooking to last a blooming lifetime!!

So.. fitbit stats for currently anyone? ;)

Bit surprised because this is just a normal day at work so not really very active other than walking from and to. I often do the shopping a work evening as Him is here to babysit. He has gone now for the train and I am about to hit the shower and snuggle up in bed :) P>S where the heck do they make up those calories?! I'll be lucky if I burned a quarter of that!!

Made £109.14 on fleabay after fees this week all for me. Him made that (we shared the money) and £23.14 on top!! xx

Lilty, is it possible that the calories burned includes the 1800-2000 you burn just by sitting and breathing and living? rather than extra burned by exercising?

Paneer is ever so simple to make....not sure where stocks it now though. Do you have a speciality asian shop anywhere near you?

Very good Lilty! I'm nowhere near that today. Tomorrow should be better. The calories given there do include your usual for just being alive :)
Also very glad to hear you're feeling better!

Lilty have you heard of Bount? Its an app/website which you can link the fitbit to which gives you points for activity, the points can be swopped for gift vouchers. I've been using it alittle under a month and almost have enough for a £5 voucher from syncing it with a couple of the apps I use for my triathlon training.
