I mean this in all seriousness, sometimes when I am walking I start counting steps and can't stop. I actually have to distract myself by singing out loud or something. But maybe that is just me because I am a little bit of a lot crazy really

I will think about it over the next couple of days, they will keep it at the shop for 14 days till they sent it back...

Haha!! How odd apple! - I am still figuring it all out. Mine is all from the smartphone usually but I did send a message from the website yesterday.

I'm not convinced about it's calorie burning... Unless it is going by Basal Metabolic Rate it seems ridiculously high.

As for the new format, I think you can change back at the top? The only reason I say stick at it is because they will be making this the only version very soon!! Best get used to it eh

Westie yikes you're quick! Give it a good old think. The vibrating alarm scared the life out of me at 6:45 this morning. My hand was near my face and suddenly there was this wild vibrating noise that sounded like a swarm of bees coming for me. I jumped a mile. I am not sure if I was any quieter than my usual alarm/wake-up to be honest!!!

The sleep tracker was good. I woke up for 3 minutes around 3am... spent 19 minutes restless across the night. Slept for just over 7 hours
