Am mc-crying with laughter at Lucky & Peaty. You dirty pair of oiks!!! :o:o:o I don't think Amazon has those kind of films....

shyspender woohoo!! I have had my dispatch notice and it ill be being charged up at work just like all my other gadgets :rotfl: and as soon as I am able I will add you!!

Westie it is basically a pedometer that also tracks your sleep patterns, can wake you up with a vibration in the morning, and tells you steps/calories etc as normal. Mines a 'charge' so I also have a watch on it, which is grand because my watch battery just went and I will probably replace it in about 6 years.. :rotfl:

INOD competitive? Me? Never! :rotfl: - actually, I walk about 4 miles to and from work, similar on a Monday and Tuesday doing my errands and the nursery run. This will just motivate me to get out that bit more and bit further. there are days I can do nothing out of the house after 6pm as Jelly is in bed and I am home alone 5 nights of the week, so on the 2 nights Him is here I might just add a little walk in and so on. Exercise - strictly of the walking variety for now is the only thing the docs will allow me :D I will be good, I know my limits and sadly they are way lower than I would like. I will struggle with the 5 mile all at once walk with mum in June.

    Oooh the excitement :D

stepup I have heard mixed reviews about Vikings. Other than that I have yet to explore it properly as I decided to do some more ketogenic research while I was feeling so off today!! Back to cravings and hunger so I obviously knocked myself out with the last couple of days. I need to remove a couple of veggies and replace them with others for now. Such a fine balance on this diet it hurts my brain. I have just worked out my Lean Body Mass using a bizarre calculation and am using it to work out my grams of protein per day. Then researching about how you need 30 grams of protein per meal to make it effective for muscle mass. Off to do more now :D

BILLIE you snuck in there! Another one :D I can't jump through hoops myself. In fact I struggle to step over the baby gate so no hoop jumping here. I promised INOD :A
