Ok... here it is. Breast Cancer Care
Please... do not feel like you have to donate to this.. The reason that most of us are on here is because we have very few pennies to spread around and a lot to do with them. I am not looking for donations here!
Small not looking very tired yet maddiemay... I am more tired than she is! She is definitely not going to nursery tomorrow. Less said, soonest mended, but she is not very well still. Still not eateneven lemon cake. She fed it to me... and I ate it
:rotfl: and then she threw the crumbs on the floor 'for the birds' ... so have been sweeping :rotfl:
DFW my hair and skin is incredibly sensitive. I cannot use any shampoo... The only thing I can manage is Alphosyl and the Dr prescribes it for me. Anything else brings me up with a bright red itching and bleeding scalp. Hang-ups from my artichoke allergy and yet another reason I take 3 prescription anti-histamines a day!
Am off to bath Jellytot and battle to brush her teeth. Wish me luck! xx

Great link to your just giving page and I shall deffo sponsor you! I thought Leeds castle was in Leeds until I went there last year, totally embarrassing as I'm 48!
I'll pm you my account later as I'm lolling in the bath trying not to worry about some things at work. The senior managers are dealing with it and it's not me in the pooh. Thank goodness but it's all very stressful for the dept. Nowhere is perfect and I'm sure it'll be resolved fairly for all concerned.
Have a restful evening with Jelly, sounds like she's better!!!With family, friends and pets (or any combination of them) life will be fine!

Did jelly pop your phone into a beaker of juice yet...? Or down the loo? Or INSIDE the sofa?
Hope she mends soon, and YOU escape the lurgi. Glad Him isn't ill at yours. Wishing you all lots of wellness xxNST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
Wellness wishes did not help
I have a bath full of bedding, clothes x3 sets, towels... Her bed is currently made up with a new duvet cover and 2 layers of towels. the tiny pillow she has is mashed so is in the bath with everything else soaking in milton and Persil.
Jelly has had two showers after her bath. This all came on again quite suddenly. She hadn't been sick since half 4 yesterday morning til this!!! And she has eaten very very little in the in between time. Shall have to cancel nursery this week and I think a trip to the Docs in the morning might be an idea. She isn't drinking very much at all and with this I am worried about her getting dehydrated.
Meanwhile Him tells me he has not got out of bed all day but has been sick into a bucket copious times. The poor pair of them. I am still warding it off. Half a bottle of milton later and I am still not feeling very safe!
The one thing I can always count on apple is for my phone to be relatively safeshe loves it too much to do anything to really harm it, 99% of the time :rotfl:
Peaty come and take mine. I've eaten a third of a loaf that supposedly serves 8!!
Sounds like Jelly has gone to sleep without incident this time. Phew. I'm too het up to think of eating. And cannot do something as relaxing as shower or bath until I have fixed the mess that is Jelly's bedding.
Hopefuljoy you do your own thing poppet and try and forget about them. It usually hits those higher up than us anyway ehbig hugs and enjoy that bath. Think calm thoughts..

Oh Lilty I remember those days as though they were yesterday and having three little chaps you could rely on the fact that as soon as one got over it another would start!! Hope this is the end of it though. I used to love Milton, never had to sterilise milk bottle as I breathed, but juice bottles went into a sterilised pot and just loved changed that solution. Anyway I digress, take care of yourself and hope you are able to enjoy mil birthday xxx:j I belong to Mike's Mob :j0

Oh Lilty, soo sorry it's back again. Defo take jelly to doc if you can tomorrow. If I lived nearer, I'd take the washing for you! Hugs xNST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0

Apple you are so sweet!! I would never let you take it. I would definitely let you come for coffee once we were all well again though!!
Well..! My bath is empty! My washing up bowl however... :rotfl: has a cream fitted sheet, a white vest and a pair of white socks soaking in BLEACH. Might I add these are all *formerly* the colours I mentioned. Right now they are off yellow and brown. Lol. I don't really care what colour they come out of this. If it isn't good enough they can go to the rag bag.
The washing machine is going around on the longest hottest wash I have. Things have been soaked, then rubbed individually with persil neat, and are hopefully going to come out cleaner. Definitely germ free after the heat I've put it on anyway. I'll save being :money: about the water/electric/gas bills till I am safely out of the other side. Am hoping that what is in there does in fact make it, as there is a rather expensive set of bedding I bought for her new bedroom in there!!
Billie... thank you once again for reminding me why I do not want another little Jellytot this side of her going to school.. I could not cope. I mean it. Hats off to you and any other mothers of multiples. Hell, even the mothers of one.. It is hard work!
I have finally got hungry. Must have been the lugging washing aroundor maybe just the restoration of some semblance of peace. Needless to say there was nothing in except random bits and a cupboard full of ingredients. I have made myself a vat of tomato, lentil and chickpea soup, which is simmering nicely, and am going to have some YS cheesy garlic bread with it.
Love you all I do.. xx

Well.. I am sleeping on the sofa tonight. It will be a long one, for sure. Jelly has just woken up, sick and sobbing. Lucky I managed to contain it and now we have one pyjama top going to the bleach tank and a patch of floor re-scrubbed.
Soups ready. Have got 4 slices of garlic bread. What a piggy. xx
