You do have a choice the JSA is money you need to LIVE on not to apply for jobs so ask the JC for the stamps or say you have emailed them as that's 100% proof you did indeed 'write' to the company.
How are you proving you have written to the companies? A though are the JC asking for proof of postage?
My adviser told me to write the companies name and address with the postcode on a letter or a sheet when I posted them.0 -

My JSA says write to 5 a week and not how or any mention of email or by letter in the post.Actually, you DO have a choice but you have to dispute your JSAg to get it changed. It's 'unreasonable'
I keep a separate list of names of companies and can provide emails if they require as proof

So I have now been to my 2nd appointment at Jobcentre at 12pm and these are the things I need to do:
