Oh my god, I really do give up!!!!

Don't have a go at me, my Jobcentre advisor should made it clearer in the agreement.

For all I knew that could mean post.

My JSA says write to 5 a week and not how or any mention of email or by letter in the post.

I keep a separate list of names of companies and can provide emails if they require as proof :)

My 'old' JSAg said to write to 10 per week and I used to keep the same list. The first time I produced this list it went ok as I had a decent advisor who was happy with the 'evidence'. Two weeks later when I went to sign on I got a right arrogant four letter word for an advisor. 'Whats this?' was his reaction to my on spec list, 'you could have written anything down there', he said. I pointed out all the contact emails and told him he was more than welcome to check up on me and verify my 'evidence'. 'I'm not likely to do that am I', was his reaction. Not my problem :D

Anyway, I wound the fool up to a point where he was throwing those little grey booklets across the table at me and so I asked to see someone who I could complain to and get my JSAg disputed. I walked out the place a little later with a note being put on my file stating I had to do a set number of actions each week (22 - which was less than before with all the different actions added up) and that could be anything from just looking on a website to actually applying for a job.

I just put in a rapid reclaim last week (I've had some casual work since June) and that has now been reduced to 17 actions.
I'm also supposed to look on line UJM 14 times per week so thats 14 of the 17 done easily. In reality I'm on and off UJM and other jobsites a lot more than that anyway.

Going back to your first post in this thread, number 4 and number 7 are the same thing and also cover part of number 6 in my book :D

IF they want print outs do so at the JC!!

No not from UJM, other job sites like reed, Indeed ete.

I been told that I can't use the printer at Jobcentre for some reason, my advisor just told me to go to library.

Anyway its only 25p per print at Library, that's not bad that :D
