1: In this case you apologise as you did not know any different. It has been ok before now for other advisors so blame them for nit'sinforming you properly. Say you will get it right for next signing on day. If that's not good enough, kick up a fuss!
2: Yep, that's what you should be writing down. You're doing 4 out of 6, the other 2 shouldn't take more than a few seconds longer and well worth the effort

Sorry but number 1. Wouldn't work. Each signing period is stand alone and should be treated as such. Kicking up a fuss wouldn't make a difference to if its referred for a decision or not0 -

Number 1 does work, I've been in that situation. I'm not saying it will always work, that very much depends on the advisor and how reasonable they are. The one I had wasn't too pleasant but I did manage to stop him sanctioning me despite constant threats. 2 weeks later when I went to sign on and got the same advisor he was even more awkward (not happy with satisfactory evidence) - a sanction was imminent - I kicked up a fuss and had my JSAg re-written. My main argument being it was unreasonable, I hadn't agreed to any of it and was forced to sign it originally under threat of...' if you don't you'll get no money'.
I agree, kicking up a fuss will make no difference if you've been referred to a decision maker for a sanction but if you think your JSAg is unreasonable there is something you can do about it, or at least try.0 -
But keeping a log of jobs applied for and all details is not something you can negotiate.

Yes, but if you've been doing it a particular way which has been satisfactory for previous advisors with no complaints and all of a sudden that's no good, you shouldn't be referred for a sanction there and then but given the chance to make amends and get it right for next signing on day.0 -
Lets hope the OP has all the print outs he shows and they are signed then.Yes, but if you've been doing it a particular way which has been satisfactory for previous advisors with no complaints and all of a sudden that's no good, you shouldn't be referred for a sanction there and then but given the chance to make amends and get it right for next signing on day. We’ve had to remove your signature.
